@zha9560 I don't know he's so much "sad" as feeling the work was mudane at the time... He'd performed this a zillion times to date, wasn't having a stellar personal life at the time, and perhaps was just there cuz he had to be.
Not to say the sound was awesome! Every note was Songs in the Attic worthy!
He STILL puts out for the audience and for that, to be commended!
Nice version with the harmonica, but it seems the instrumental break in the middle was cut down. The original version, with the piano 'talking' to the drums is a fine piece of musical writing.
Always loved this concert, when it first debuted on Disney. Now have the concert on DVD, a good concert....funny when the drummer loses the drumstick out into the audience.
Arinozian, thank you very much for putting this up. I've been wanting to see Liberty DiVito's performance on this song for a long long time. One of rock and roll's great drummers.
