Depends on how deep underwater, I hear. If they're too deep, they don't feel like being gay anymore. But if they're too close to the surface, they're too shy and won't do it either. You have to find the middle ground for your robots to be gay together. Trust me, I'm a robot doctor.
There's a button you have to press to lock on. You have to press it constantly, if I remember correctly, because I think it cancels when you move or shoot or something like that.
