Should eyeshadow be applied before or after applying falsies?

I liked the comment u made about being addicted 2 lashes. I would wonder if people who wear lashes, do it everyday? I would think that would make me late 4 work, but I guess if u r used 2 doing them, it's not a big deal. I was watching this guys who's suppose 2 b an "expert" on lashes 2 the stars. He doesn't use mascara on lashes but he'd apply some clear gel on them. I guess 4 the reason's u stated. Good point 2 remember about the thicker band. Which end r u not suppose 2 cut the lashes on?
