This was a production (no idea who did it and why) of this really awesome video titled 'Oscars Greatest Moments' from 1992 (only on VHS).
This however was not a good reenactment at all. It is a 2 hour video and while they did do all the very funny scene/clips that were in this video (originally from old Oscar telecasts of course) it does not translate. It was way too fast and just put together horribly. The singer was great doing the song Liza Minelli did at the Oscars one year.

I didnt notice any particular talent shine through HOWEVER the girl who came out to sing in the very beginning/end she was about one notch above the rest. Average in other words. If thats you? keep working at it. You do show some promise.
