It's MAC's painterly paint pot, it is $20.00 here in Canada.

If you have one available to you I would surely recommend NYX! Some of the eyeshadows are powdery so be sure to try them out before you buy them! But there are some that are comparable to MAC! And all their other products are amazing so I hear...! Hope this helps
