deaf, blind, black, white, yellow, brown, helen keller (only cause i dont know what to call the amazing woman) there is no such thing as different unless the other "thing" is ANIMAL!!!
GR: [my mother lost her hearing when she was eight. She loved to swim. I asked her what it was like to be deaf. She told me to put my head under water.]
G: True!
GR: [She taught me that there is no difference between those who speak and those who sign.]
That sign language he had been practiced to be in acting. He signs more between ASL and SEE sign a little. He was not too rusty but little choppy in every sentence. He was not fluent as what his mother taught him when he was little. He may forgot lots when he was not around with his mother. Wasn't he? That is part of acting not real life.
Started watching CSI because of this episode.

Can William Petersen really use ASL ?
Or Is it just in serial ?

What I find so amazing is how well William Petersen signs despite that he learned only what he needed to know for the episode.
