I'm also going to have to say that this looks like it was made by Don Hertzfeld. The choice of music. The way in which the music is performed. The drawing style. And most of all, the overall idea seems VERY Don Hertzfeld. This is the guy that wrinkles paper to make it look like wind is blowing. Has to be Hertzfeld.
