The weight isnt pushing down on the frame in such a way to bend it the way it "appears to be bent". The front end is being lifted up because of how much weight is behind the axle. Shackles/leafs/ 8.8 axle are all likely to be bent or broken, but the frame is most likely fine. Poor truck.

the frame is not bent, the passenger bed side bent outward shifting the weight to the passenger side, causing more weight on the passenger leaf spring making the truck sit lop sided. Once that idiot removes the trees it will sit back normal with no problems
