  • Great interpretation of the Hall & Oates composition.

  • Hall wrote this song for his soon to be wife not Oates. And yes Hall and Oates sung it first. Do your homework and stop giving the wrong information.

  • Wow...Thank you for posting this video....I have not heard it!!!!!....What a gem to be found on YouTube!!!!!......Ronnies sings this song to peices...It's so damn tight.....Ronnie...RIP my brother....Know you have concerts in heaven.......I wonder if Hall and Oats have heard this?......

  • wow! straight into my favourites....I love Hall & Oates...but I'm now sold on this

Ronnie has made this his own!

    cheers and thanks Gary :--)

  • @ivebeenthere1 RONNY is the original singer of this song not Hall & Oates.

  • @KadieHyatt ok...but did John Oates compose it for him? just curious...thanks Gary :--)

  • @ivebeenthere1 This song was written and compose by John Oates about John's girlfriend Sara.

  • @villainy73 thanks for that information really appreciate this

the question is if you can help....was Ronny the first to sing this or Hall & Oates

    just keen to know :--)

  • @ivebeenthere1 according to wikipedia and other sources, Hall & Oates were the first to sing it.

Also, Ronnie Dyson version was recorded 2 years after Hall & Oates.

I like to see proof that Ronnie Dyson was the original singer of this song.

  • @villainy73 thank you :--)
