  • film everything that goes into you body would be true accountability and film all exercise you do everyday..;-)

  • @george4title Yeah that would be kind of hard. I lost 6 lbs. and hit a brick wall. I guess it was mainly water being in the first week of eating better. I am determined though and plan to keep putting the scale at the end of some of the videos. Not really afraid to walk around more lazy than anything I guess. Thanks for watching George. I have over 2k subs now and you were one of the guys who inspired me to start a channel back in 2008 when I was watching ya. Thanks

  • stp being afraid at night. Your a man, most people will be afraid of you if you dress like a homeless person...lol.

  • I agree with you. People in the public eye never say "yeah, I was wrong on that one". I mean what is the big deal? Everyone is so concerned with being right and being irreproachable that it has made for a very disingenous society where nothing is real anymore, and everything is image. I think JFK was the last politician to talk about putting mistakes out in the open so we can learn from them

Besides, it's very important to know that others have struggles and setbacks and perservere anyway. Thx

  • Isn't it amazing that so many places around the world people are starving or have so little to eat and we have a hard time loosing weight and go through all these gyrations to keep our weight down.I graduated High School in 1963, with around 3000 kids. I cannot remember one fat person.Everyone was just normal. Now we have to actually work and diet, do this and that, just to keep the weight down. There is something going on, I think this government wants us fat.Or trying to keep it down.

  • @nld1960 We don't eat with other people anymore. (We eat alone. On the run) There is no relaxed sit-down dinner. Having community and neighbors popping over. Spending hours with friends. All these make us absorb less cholesterol and fat from what we do eat. The body of research on this is large (fixed intake, wildly different results). Then on top of that, stress causes us to put on weight, and society as a whole is less physically active (Advent of the drive-through and the ten-block drive)

  • @MoreBaccarat Thumbs up for you. What you say is absolutely true. My kids live in CO, we live in MA. I remember those 2 hour dinners. Everything was figured out at the dinner table. Friends at with us. I would eat with friends as a kid. We hardly ever have friends over to talk for hours. We do walk our dog for miles. Thanks for the info

  • Getting healthy. Good job. I hold that above all else because nothing is worth having if you can't live to enjoy it.

  • I am going to take your challenge and quit smoking. Thank you for your very inspiring video--

  • @01Woof Hey sounds great! Best of luck to you.

  • Good job, MoneyBags! I'm at 264 pounds, so I'm in your boat, trying to lose weight. I've been doing it for only two weeks and so far have lost 3 pounds. What's been working for me is Weight Watchers because I really watch what I eat.

  • @ggadguy It is about time! No more excuses. I am going to put photos at the end of my videos of the scale to hold myself accountable. HaHa Nothing drastic though, just smarter choices. More exercise, no sugar in the coffee, turkey bacon not real bacon, stuff like that . Best of luck to ya!

  • Well it doesn't say 290 so you are doing better then me. You should do better then that though. I cut down on starches to zero. I am retired so it is much easier then when I was working you would have to brown bag your diet food. Well good luck and tell us how you fare from time to time. By the way if you have problems with weight you probably are having problems with sugar you are probably pre diabetic. That should scare you to a diet I don't know if you can do anything about it though.

  • you NEED to look into STEVIA. its a natural sweetener based on a plant. it comes in a little eye dropper bottle. you put 4 drops in your coffee, tastes like two teaspoons. 0 calories. its AWESOME

  • @a10fjet He didn't say he was diabetic. Stevia is great as a sweetener but non diabetics can use sugar. I should have told hem not to use Aspartame it makes you hungry.

  • the FED is for the banksters, what Mc´donald is for the pop. Both is junk.:) Mc`Bernanke! welcome to Hell...:)

  • Jeepers, I can't believe people are making personal comments about one's appearance while the videographer is working overtime to provide us with information. How rude. Nevertheless, if it has made a father and husband reform---!

  • A Couple of Whopper´s a week is okay- the danger is from chips and chocolate snacktime.:) and KFC/ deepfry is not good... go for whopper! :)

  • I'm in the same position as you. I'm a bit heavier than you and I just don't get enough exercise. It's about time that I got on this too. The main things for me is getting more exercise and eating better. I'd like to see how you do. Good luck!

  • Dont watch wat you eat,. but focus on exercise, lift 15-25lb dumbells.,u dont hav to run miles or have 2 hours workouts,. i saw the picture of the food> looks great but ur body will crave for fatty bread cheese burgers,, u hav to go really slow...,,. good luck man., im also trying to lose weight :-)

  • Good luck MB73 :)

  • Good for you man. Keep the videos coming, good job.

  • Ignore the haters, they'll have you jumping through their hoops for their amusement. I wouldn't post pictures of what you ate either, as there is always something to criticise.

I'd suggest you find a supportive friend to exercise with, perhaps your wife (unless you're the kind who needs some dominatrix to make you do it).

It sounds like you need better proficiency with weapons. If you practice monthly with a 22 pistol you'll get proficient, and can buy a glock with all the money you'll save.

  • I've been stackin the coinage...and stackin the pounds. I gotta prepare too. :(

  • Lose weight screw that. I'm trying to gain weight. Yesterday I ate some Chinese, cheetos, and bacon and eggs for breakfast. And add a few pops/Mntn Dew in there somwhere. I think I actually lost 2 pounds... HELP!

  • Don't take financial or love advice from bald guys.

  • I am going RAW!! I have the Excalbur dehydrator, a high HIGH power Blendtec blender. I make green smoothies, I sprout Kamut and wheat and Fenugreek and Mung beans and I use Filtered water ONLY!! Raw "Burgers", are wonderful!! Mimi kirk, 74 yrs old, looks like she is 35, Raw for many years!!

  • @savgal1211 Wow I don't know if I am ready for all that. Drinking more water cutting out a lot of the sugar and exercising more will be my game. Best of luck to ya.

  • @MoneyBags73 Forget raw burgers. I eat about 80% raw natural foods. Mostly fruit and raw vegetables. I lost 20 pounds in a few months and i feel great.I juice alot and dehydrate alot of fruits and things as well. Try oranges, strawberrys, peanuts and vegetables uncooked. Try 1 day eating mostly raw foods and see how great you feel. When you feel great and you have a nice sugar buzz from the fruit you will want to exercise and walk around more. Please try it.

  • @MoneyBags73 I have some of the "Burgers" "Cooking" right now in the dehydrator! If you heat below 110 F, it is still RAW, and food retaing the very valuable enzymes!! Mimi Kirk has a great recipe!! She is here on Y tube, too!!

  • @savgal1211 yes, you are exactly right. Raw food is the way to go.

  • alex jones might have lost some weight but look at him! Goes on and on about GMO food and you KNOW he must eat them.

  • @JustABitchyCancer Alex Jones is a Zionist puppet. He loves Israel. Look at the videos in my channel. He banned me from making comments to his videos. I exposed that Zionist puppet.

  • btw organic bread isn't that tasty. But i think we've all decided food should taste good and i think that's not how it was at one time.

  • I dunno if the picture of hte bagel is supposed to represent health or not. But i think wheat is very healthy if organic. But you aren't going to find much organic bread or noodles. I think meat is the unhealthiest thing there is.

  • @JustABitchyCancer No it was supposed to represent the opposite of Health. That is my dry humor.LOL

  • i totally agree...good luck :))

  • A few years ago I stopped drinking pop and very quickly lost 30 lbs! Pop is basically sugar in liquid form! Now, occasionally I'll drink some root beer as a treat! Start drinking water! You'll find that nothing is as satisfying as water!

  • As for exercise, please stop doing cardio training (1 hour), it takes too much time and you're wasting time while you can do High Intensity exercises in a fraction of that time (15 minutes) with much better results. Search for Mercola's Sprint 8 training. That's the only way to create Human Growth Hormone, which quickly reduces fat in like a month or so. I've done it myself and it works.

  • Also eat almonds, studies have shown that people who eat almonds have a 10% bigger weight loss than people that don't eat almonds. Pecan nuts and walnuts are good too.

  • @katchum Soak all almonds and other nuts, and this increaes nutrition by 1000 times!!

  • @savgal1211 They must be RAW nuts, nOT pasturized..

  • @savgal1211 I know, I need to start doing that. Enzyme inhibitor breakdown promotes absorption of minerals. We Chinese people make this Almond "soup" (with a little sugar in it), we soak it overnight to make it look very white when mixed into a "soup".

  • Well done, yep I think the majority of us need a kick :). I have found a wonderful little book called Convict Conditioning. Well worth buying. It is written by an ex-convict who shows you how you can condition your body using your own body weight without a gym. I now do a set of exercises in my office during lunch hour no matter what the weather outside.

BTW dump the coffee creamer, it is full of trans-fats, you are better off using whole milk

  • Excess intake of sugar above a certain treshold (where the muscles can't store the sugar anymore) will store this sugar into fat. Sugar will heighten insuline levels which leads to insuline resistance and diabetes. Insuline is known to promote ageing. Sugar also decreases the immune system. Sugar is also the culprit for bad cholesterol creation. Etc...

  • Good video. Great to see you have made the decision. Look forward to seeing your progress. Great way to challenge yourself.

  • You need to stop eating sugar. That's the most important:

  • good for you man it;s a good idea

  • Aw, now I'm blushing! That's great Moneybags. Here's to accountability and strength!! Now, Ima get me another beer to celebrate! Kidding. Im already 12 deep. Kidding again.

Side note... something you might wanna touch on to kick ur subs in the behind... On the silver front, that jump you guys in the US have seen, its relative. To what? Well, the US buck next to the AUS is down about 10%. So, unfortunately, i dont think its a jump too high in silver, but a drop in USD value. Hurry up, stack more

  • Get on the Tangy Tangerine Bro !!!

  • WTH? People are talking about losing weight now? What the hell do they think body fat is for? It's for the lean times. I can't wait till these silly Mofo's look like a concentration camp survivors after the SHTF eating a MRE a day. LOL, yeah lose weight then when you have to live on a lower calorie diet and your spending the whole day hunting a squirrel. Ha ha it's gonna be a hoot!

  • @valhala56 said the owl.
