You know...if you think about it,in blood omen 1 kain fights his future self...(Moebius fight) and you win...it seems like future kain is indeed weaker then his former self.Yet,even if raziel fights the original kain,kain would have easly destroyed his body by endless ways,even if he removes raziel soul from his body,then raziel will materialize himself later on...Kinda interesting match really

All the games are great and the story is sensational but maybe because 40% of the game content contains movies and cutscenes it's probably too much for button mashers like you.

I, for one, am quite glad SR1 continued into SR2. The original SR1 ending sounds neat, but the LoK series as it is now is awesome, and we'd have missed that without the To Be Continued at the end of SR1.

This game is just Perfect! You get astonished by the plot, if not, the voices(Tony Jay), or the soundtrack, the scenario, the dark atmosphere, the design, or ,if not enough, by the highly complex gameplay. it`s just like a book you go through.

@evilsymphony94 I'd recommend Amazon - you can usually find the entire series there (for various systems / PC) for under $30 total (not bad at all for 5 games). Alternately, if you want the console versions, call your local Gamestop or equivalent. They can usually find copies for you.
This cutscene is by far more informative than the remake in SR2... why would they have shortened it? Kain reveals much of his true intentions here. D.R.
I assume they meant the SR2 version as more of a refresher rather than a true remake - since SR2 picks up literally right where SR1 ends, playing SR2 without first playing SR1 would be a rather confusing experience, anyway.

Technically speaking he shot lightning out of his hands in Blood Omen 1 (sort of...) - in fact, he had a bunch of abilities in BO1 that would have made that fight with Raziel a lot shorter if he still had them. That's probably why he doesn't. ;)
I was thinking Implode, personally... more or less an instant kill on anything even remotely close to where you're aiming it, but that's just personal preference. :)

Well apparently, they've put Blood Omen on the US store so they might eventually. Lucky sods over there. In the UK we get fuck all decent titles on the PSN. It doesn't matter though for now. I'm currently playing through the disc version of this.

Don't post "Where can I download this game for free?" comments on here. I'm going to delete them. You are a moron. It's a good game, it's not abandonware, therefore, if you want to play it, buy it. This is how it works. It's only $5 or so - if you can't afford that, you have bigger problems than where to get video games.

@Joudas Although I still have the original retail version, I must say. Finding an illegal copy is much easier, faster and cleaner then getting a legitimate copy.

@Joudas the ps3 downloadable port of this game looks horrible. all this wierd patterning and pixels. luckily i have the original ps1 disk. the quality of this video is amazing!

@Joudas hey dude, it's nothing about money, here where I live, we can barely get games because of taxes, so its reeeeally hard to get any original title. Unlike America or Japan or even Europe, some places are really dificult to find it

@evilsymphony94 I'd recommend Amazon - you can usually find the entire series there (for various systems / PC) for under $30 total (not bad at all for 5 games). Alternately, if you want the console versions, call your local Gamestop or equivalent. They can usually find copies for you.

This cutscene is by far more informative than the remake in SR2... why would they have shortened it? Kain reveals much of his true intentions here. D.R.

I assume they meant the SR2 version as more of a refresher rather than a true remake - since SR2 picks up literally right where SR1 ends, playing SR2 without first playing SR1 would be a rather confusing experience, anyway.

howcome this is the only game where kain shoots pink lightning out of his hands....i dont remember seeing that in any other LOK game,not even defiance where you control him

Technically speaking he shot lightning out of his hands in Blood Omen 1 (sort of...) - in fact, he had a bunch of abilities in BO1 that would have made that fight with Raziel a lot shorter if he still had them. That's probably why he doesn't. ;)

Well apparently, they've put Blood Omen on the US store so they might eventually. Lucky sods over there. In the UK we get fuck all decent titles on the PSN. It doesn't matter though for now. I'm currently playing through the disc version of this.
