he has that accent that you can't help but listen to and understand perfectly! it's so awesome! I wish I could talk like that, but would take years of unlearning a lifetime of Pennsylvania Deutch! lol
it is easy to listen to people, but i then need to know a response, so i need to think of what to reply most of the time while they are talking.. any good techniques for good replies while listening?
Looks like you need to watch something on effective spelling skills. Summarise and Neutalise? Hahahahaha. It is supposed to be Summarize and Neutralize. This is embarrassing if this is a real company video.
@jekalinoify You clearly are not cultured. Rhema is an Australian company. Australians & Europeans substitute s for z's in certain words. Do your research.
Good tips. It's surprising how much more information you can get from just staying silent and actually not even saying "Mm Hm" or "yeah". It leaves them more time and room to elaborate.
Summarizing and asking "what do you mean by that?" or "how so?" can also help give you information you would have otherwise not have had.
I'm trying to work on retaining information better... I guess it helps when you ask questions and summarize.
When you say "You" are you referring to your self? Because I know when I am in a meeting or place that I don't care what the speaker is saying. I play a game called, how many other people are not listening.
I do all of these things already. Yay me :) !
