I watched only two episodes so far, since I'm other stuff atm. I liked it so far, it sorta reminded me of Serial Experiments Lain which I loved.

It's the same thing.."Anime" is just the borrowed word for "Animation". So there's literally no difference between anime and cartoons except for the style

@Cloud2399 Actually, a cartoon is an exaggerated person or thing. Anything animated is a "Cartoon" and they're made into subgenres. Thank you, weeaboo. Also, Dennou Coil is a friggin sweet cartoon. Also, learn grammar. "It's an anime" would have been the correct way to insult the person above you.

Its kind of a Cyberpunk show, Minus the punk part, almost like if Miyazaki did a story set in the world of Ghost in the Shell.

I wholly recommend it, and I still cant understand why it hasn't been exported to the US yet (you'll have to either know japanese or find a fansub, I'm afraid).

I just hope its adapted by someone other then 4kids. knowing them, they'l try and make Daichi the main character, and mangle the story beyond recognition.
