I've got Ezzard Charles P4P #5. Phenomenal fighter! Greatest light heavyweight of all time by a margin and one of the most complete boxers ever. Never gets the credit he deserves as a defensive master and a great user of the ring.
@gibememoni Yep. Certain fighters age differently in boxing. Back then, 32 was considered old for a fighter. Dempsey was 32 when he lost to Tunney. Tyson was past his prime at 25.
Great clip, thanks for the privilege. Charles was ranked the 13th greatest fighter of the last 80 years by Ring Magazine, ahead of other stars like Marvin Hagler, George Foreman, Archie Moore, Roy Jones, Joe Frazier and many, many others. He was a terrific fighter, first-class all the way.
ah, good to see the cobra on your channel, greata! awesome vid, i haven't seen a lot of this footage before.
charles never gets the credit he deserves, he was as good a fighter as absolutely anyone from his era, one of the most avoided too. him and archie moore were the inspiration for james toney.

It's about time someone did a tribute for Charles, and I can think of no man better for the job than you, TGA. Great work.
