  • This first exercise, work out your rear delt and your upper back mate, nothing to do with V shape, the V shape comes with mature lats and this doesn't exercise it, i think they're even called rear "delt" rows

  • @rohanseth8 Yip, like I said to somone earlier who also asked the question, we wanted to create a wokrout that doesn't involved the pull-up as some people said they don't have anywhere to do it. But yes, the pull up should always if you can be one of your back exercises, it's that DADDY of them all!

    and ya...u also need to have a healthy diet ;)

    if ure a beginner ignore all of them and just concentrate on pull-ups :)

  • wide-grip pullups, is more on the upper lats not lower lats. Upper lats as a result V-shade, not copra shade.

  • Hey mate, are you going to be able to do any more of your diet videos? I love eating the fish for dinner a few times a week, but I'd like to add some variety for lunch/breakfast as well as different dinners that might consist of other seafoods and possibly steak.

  • your not using enough momentum to swing the dumbell up on the one arm row.(lol) just kidding, if you do them slow and controlled like you did in this video you'll feel the targeted muscle being used. great video btw
