note the dailog in the endings for all 3 patapon games (choose the third ending in the third) when its all black and then hatapon goes "is this earthend?" is pretty much the exact same thing its so dumb!  I mean EXACT COPIES!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!! but it is so awesome it kinda rubbs over the copied endings---

AND the ending music in the 1st and the 2nd ones can be found in the maps on the 3rd... ?????

@faincom Well my interpretation (spoiler alert) is that they found out that they didn't find IT (instead it was just the rising sun). So they're building a boat to find IT with the Zigotons as well.

Who knows.. Maybe Patapon 3 will have an answer. =)

The Patapons are trying to get "IT" from the zigotons as they believe it to be holy. The Zigotons think that "It" is the Morning Sun. At the end of the game the Zigotons realize that the Sun isn't IT and so the Zigotons and Patapons join together to find the true IT. Continued in Patapon 2.

Basically it's not an emulator. I have an actual PSP. :P  It's just a program called Remote Joy, which allows you to display the PSP screen onto your computer.

Make sure you always get into Fever as fast as possible and maintain it... If you have problems practice it in a hunting mission! There's a lot of help in Patapon, eg music, flash boxes, the "Fever worm" on the left that says you're in fever" etc.

If that doesn't work, simply get better units! (Fight bosses to get resource you want, if you don't get it, restart your save and try again, so bosses will not get too hard!)

Once you beat the game... You retain all your chars/weps/etc... However, no Zigoton missions are playable... You can only redo your boss + hunting missions... Also you can fight the lass boss but you have to review the credits everytime.

In this level (I'm assuming the rescue mission), you need to break the cage without killing Meden, meaning no fire weapons. I would suggest  Yumipons, Yatepons, and Kibapons. (If you have trouble keeping up fever, use tatepons rather than kibapons). Also note, soups may give your units fire ability so don't drink it either! Enemy spears ALSO are fire.. So make sure you kill them. Use Pon Chaka Pon Chaka to do a charging attack if necessary.

I just finished the game and had to check to see if there was another ending. I think this is the only one.

Its such a sad ending though... more like a new beginning really.
