Better story by far; again, imo.

And it's not like he's just some superhuman, able to stop bullets lik Neo. Through years of intense training, he has learned how to get a feeling for how his foes will attack and he's able to strike faster and much more efficiently. He is an elite tool of the fascist, totalitarian government. And there's a lot of depth to the whole movie.

Ok, the movies of John Woo. I don´t make Matrix a religion, actually I don´t say I like it too much, I prefer movies about some real facts, history or a good science-fiction. To be honset, I didn´t watch this movie - Equilibrum, but so far I think Matrix was much better first, because it was made some time ago and because there was some story, screnario.. It looked so stupid for me when the guy stood between the gunmen and just shot them all. That´s all.

Overall I loved this movie! However, I do think they played the medication prozium only when it was convenient. Technically the point of the drug is to stop all emotions, however at different points in the movie all the characters show emotion- Ambition most of all if you take into consideration Brandt's character. Disgust is also displayed by many other characters that are supposed to be "emotionless." Overall though, excellent movie!

Yes it has some flaws! If you consider someone emotionless don't feel hate or egoism,like some characters in the movie but the fighting scenes and the prototype gun-martial art makes this movie a thrill to watch,in my opinion i prefer it from matrix
