@557BBFprocharged I have an '05 R6 - if you ride them below 10,000 rpm they are pretty easy to ride. I wouldn't spend too much time above that if you are a beginner, as they get A LOT more lively.

I just got my R6 a few days ago :), first actual sport bike, and all I got to say about it is, that beast is fun to ride! how do you manage drop your knee so close to the ground without it dragging? I want to try it out, I have a track close to me, but I have this thought in my head that if I drop my knee too much that I'll fall off the bike, how easily can you fall off when taking a corner like that? I really want to know!

Lot's of practice I guess. And get yourself to the track as soon as you can. You'll be able to learn a lot about your bike's limits and your own in a safe manner. Don't push yourself. Take it slow at first and build up. Good luck and ride safe.

depends on how old u are and what ur self control is like u dont want a 600 if ur like 17 stone ull want a 1000 but i would recommend a 600 for all starters depending on milage and shit is well if its for fun or commute if it for fun and commute i would recomend a cbr600rr very relible very gd handling and still fast hope this has helped u along the way go 2 ur local bike shop and ask there opnion.
