  • The most recent studies show that vitamin D2 is just as good at maintaining serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] in the blood.

    This is good news for the vegans out there, as D2 is made from plants.

  • what about vitamin defficiency, if we take more of vitamine d3 the balance in vitamines will be bad, which can cause you to have bad side effects
