  • As an umpire there are a few things you live for: 1)getting as psycho as possible when calling "strike 3". 2)throwing someone out of the game. Blown opportunity

  • im sure he was swearing at him just in a low voice, cause he wouldnt eject him for no reason

  • @Stunnedstudios the manager was probably arguing balls and strikes with the ump... you'll get the gate every time.

  • that was calm as hell

  • My brother played AAU for this coach.

  • maybe he wasnt actually ejected...maybe the unp was just giving him directions! lol

  • blaaaaaaaaaaa

  • yeah he was ejected.

  • he wasnt even ejected -_-

  • Now add banjo music, a bible, and some perrty mouths...

  • @3soccerstars ...I assume this is supposed to be some kind of smartass southerner insult?

  • @JERardon

You are correct. Nothing worse than a southern creationist.... they are our Taliban.

  • @3soccerstars Ha ha ha!!!!!!

  • @3soccerstars What does Deliverance have to do with this video? I think you're trying just a LITTLE too hard to make Southerner jokes

  • @3soccerstars haha thats pretty funny actually! I LOL'd.

  • he wasnt ejected.

  • He wasn't thrown out. He was signaling...

  • @bearmassaro actually he was ejected douche

  • @fatniggaboy921 What are you stalking me now, BOY?

Don't make me fetch a switch...

  • He wasn't showing him up or anything. That's bullshit

  • looks like he's giving him directions.

  • im guessing thats normal for the ump

  • I have friends who umpires in the minor leagues. They told me some of the things the coaches said. Sometimes a coach will come up to an umpire and say, "I don't wanna watch this *bleeping* game. Please throw me out.

  • I guess it his time of the month again :\

  • Maybe the ump was telling the coach where the hot dog stand was

  • He called the ump a cocksucker.

  • "that is the most anemic..." voice over ever...

  • I thought it said erection on the title XD

  • @MegaCardog So that's why you clicked on it? haha

  • not as funny as i hoped

  • @McRb9 idk that's sketchy because thts wht they do in the league I bat boy for but idk

  • At 0:20 he said why does your wife spin in a circle when i cum on her? see like this

  • pssst..hey ump....your a fucktard

  • He wasnt thrown out i bat boy for a minor leauge team and when they do tht with there arm they are signaling a picthing change or some kind of change on the field to the pressbox. Also, he had a pen and paper out because he was writing the name down.

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay Yeah, he was ejected, sorry to dispute your qualifications. He finished watching the game in the stands.

  • Comment removed

  • When a manger gets ejected they have to go to the locker room because they can still give signals from the stands.

  • @JERardon I thought when you get ejected you had to leave the field. Like watch the game from the clubhouse. Not the stands

  • Comment removed

  • @TheMets84 What was that, Mets?

  • @JERardon i thought if you're ejected you have to either leave or go to the clubhouse

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay yes the coach was def. thrown out haha. the coach would signal for the pitching change. not the ref. Why would he signal to the pressbox that there is a change? lol I'm sure they could figure it out when 1 new player is walking on the field

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay lol you are the dumbest bat bouy ever

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay i worked a press box too..but he was def thrown out

  • @MrMackey2mhhkay listen to the announcer he says yep he's tossed

  • Is it because He's Black?

  • @ReflowedGaming Lol!

  • @ReflowedGaming If that were the case, he would be showing him the way to KFC... :(

  • this is the bestcomment evar like it

  • Umpire was showing him the hotdog stand!!! he wasn't eject at all

  • "Please exit it the park through that door, have a safe ride home"

  • Tossing him like a BOSS.

  • i've seen calmer.

  • @redsox1904 As I said, it happened in this bush league that umps changed calls. See video, "An appeal is worth 1 run". Other times 'foul/homer' calls were reversed (one time call was changed twice) and a few times 'homer/fly ball off the wall' calls were changed. I saw a check swing changed to a strike once, and a lot of times rulebook stuff was argued and won, i.e. how many bases on an error. Ball/strike calls weren't changed. None of the others would have been had the manager not argued.

  • I bet he was like, "you made a bullshit call, but thats alright, cause at the end of the day, im making 6 digits and getting laid while your calling these bullshit games" lol

  • If ur gonna half ass him outta the game dont even call it

  • Crash must have called the guy a cocksucker ;)

  • @NateCouch Best comment ever.

  • @JERardon thats the most anemic ejection. LMAO best adjective

  • @NateCouch Echo that. Nice one, Nate.

  • @NateCouch LOL, pretty please call me a cocksucker

  • he offered to suck the dude's dick that's what's up you uninformed fella

  • that might be the most pussy ass ejection gesture i have ever seen

  • "Hey coach, I think 14 should play CF insted of 49"

    "You really think so"

"Yeah, ill change it right now"

    ...

"I dont want 49 in CF"

    "FUCK YOU COACH" *EJECTED*

  • This is what really went down:

Coach "Oh hey blue. I am coming over here to tell you your mother was a hampster and your father smelt of elderberries"

Ump: "My mother is a nice lady. Leave her out of this"

Coach: "Oh really? It's just the word on the street."

Ump: "Yes. For saying that, I am ejecting you and taunting you with my hand. Now leave or I will taunt you a second time!"

  • @ilikedarkknight I'm pretty sure that's why this video is titled, "Calmest Manager Ejection of the Year".

  • Ok so 9 is comming in the 9th spot and 38 in the 3rd.

oh ok so how has your day been?

Great really great actually! we're just losing 17-2 you DUMBASS!

yeah yeah thats nice to kno.......WAIT WTF?!? YOU'RE GONE!

  • he was tossed. after the tossing hand gesture, the ump says "you're done" to him. he was ejected actually for falsifying the lineup card. i worked for the team as an intern from 2008-2011.

  • i think he was just imitating someone

  • Manager: Where is the peanut guy? I cant find him...

Ump: Hes right up there :)

  • "Yeah so 15 will be entering for 24, and you are a mother-fucking son of a bitch."

    "You're ejected."

    "Why, what did I do?"

  • you dont have to be screaming to be ejected, there are magic words that umpires wont put up with no matter how you say them

  • I am pretty sure he was sitting in the stands twenty minutes after this video was taken. @ilikedarkknight

  • thats what happens when you use f bombs

  • it looked more like the umpire was giving the coach driving directions, LOLOL

  • Managers argue so that next time they will make the right call. Just like in any sport do you tell your kids ohhhh its ok u missed that ball. No its not ok Catch the ball thats your job. Im talking if your child is really good at a sport. You play to win the game

  • not an ejection he warned him with a hand gesture

  • Yes, @allbrosdjay , he was indeed ejected.

  • Why do players/managers insist on arguing with the umps on judgement calls? It's not like the ump is gonna change his mind on the call. It pisses me off when I see a manager come out of the dugout specifically to argue, it's pointless.

  • @TheRobbo6 Because in this league it was not unheard of for umps to change their minds. Happened all the time.

  • @TheRobbo6 because it makes them think before they make that call again... play baseball and youll figure it out

  • @TheRobbo6 its called making a point....setting an example for your team, even though it won't change the call, you let the ump know that he dropped the ball on that call

  • @TheRobbo6 to let the ump know they were wrong so it doesn't happen again and possibly meet with the other umpires. If you're so knowledgeable of the game why aren't you coaching in the mlb?

  • @xDOMESHOT I'm not so knowledgeable of the game that's why I asked that question. Why aren't you coaching in the MLB since you know all the answers?

  • @TheRobbo6 i know a lot about the game just not enough to question what managers have been doing for over a hundred years

  • @TheRobbo6 its not so they will change their call. A lot of times managers will try to get ejected to start a rally for their team. As dumb as it sounds, it actually works if your manager does it right

  • @TheRobbo6 TheRobbo6 thanks someone sad it let the ump do hes job

  • @TheRobbo6 because sometimes they win. i.e. 2009 joe mauer argued a strike call and and ended up with a walk

  • @TheRobbo6

Also even if they do not change their mind physiologically they will lean towards the other team the next time in fear of causing another fight.

  • @TheRobbo6 its like a fight in hockey, it fires up the team to see their manager fighting for them.

  • @TheRobbo6 well sorta like how basketball coaches work the officals

  • @TheRobbo6 A coach or manager going and getting in the umps face can make a difference. The ump won't change a call he has already made (in most cases) but he could potentially tighten up the zone or open it up a little more depending on what the coach/manager had to say.

  • @TheRobbo6 It's actually not even about getting them to change their minds, it happens sometimes yes, but pretty rare. It's more about setting an example, making the umps think on the next play, as well as setting an example to your team. It's a big part of baseball.

  • @QuattroDePimp

not to mention it boosts player morale that your manager is sticking up for you

  • @TheRobbo6 Sometimes its to protect the players, ex. If the player argues over a call it can lead in a suspention but if the manager takes over its just the for the game in most cases

  • I don't think he ejected the coach.. I think he was just signaling to the press box that there's a new pitcher

  • @Djjr62777 I assure you he was ejected.

  • Comment removed

  • we dont know what he said

he could have said i hope your mom dies a painful and slow death

  • If you ever see a coach go to the umpire after a mound visit, 99% of the time this is the result. He had no intention of staying in the game, and the umpire obliged him.

  • anyone get the feeling he may have asked to be ejected? as understated as that was it wouldn't be beyond belief.

  • haha wow.

  • That was the lamest ejection I ever seen!

  • Most people dont realize that any argument (hostile or calm) against a decision of the umpire based on judgment is forbidden by the rules. Period. They can eject them simply by them walking towards them after a call with intent to argue against a judgement call.

  • @siorria if you want to get death threates while umping mlb feel free to eject somebody for an "agressive approach"

  • At some point you have to realize that this manager is in every one of these umpire clips. Either he's nuts or the rest of the world is crazy. What a jerk!

  • That was awesomely understated. Did you film this from the press box?

  • You don't have to yell and scream and throw things to get tossed. A simple "You are a horsebleep umpire" will get you thrown every time. As will leaving your position (as he's essentially doing here) to argue balls and strikes.

The manager clearly knew where the line was and knew he had crossed it.
