Hey buddy thanks for clearing it up that this video is not DJtrickys, And thanks for the info, I had a master car sport ESC at the time i put that comment up and i smoked it using 12 GP3300 NIMH cells, Im curious how your getting away with using 16 of the 2400 cells, The ESC is only rated at 12 cells, Atleast mine was, Or do you have something newer, mine was pretty old. I'm pretty sure the sport was 12 cells w/ internal BEC, but I used a receiver pack, and removed the power wire from the controller, and it was then considered an Opto.. 16 cell limit. in the early days, it was all about translating german correctly lol.

Yea...i had disabled the internal BEC in mine as well and used a small receiver pack as well...it was one of my favorite ESC's to this day and i have not been able to find another one...I know it's old school and outdated but i do believe it was ahead of its time...i used that with a hacker c40 7t motor in my slash and it was intense... :)

alright i have a tc3 to, but i have no i idea what it means to be brushless. will someone fill me in because people always ask, is it a brushless, and i cant tell them yes or no.. oh and i just upgraded mine from stock motor to a 15 turn and i got different gear ratios and its hiting around 50mph.:D

a brushless means you don't have to change the brushes in the motor, and it weighs less and gives better performance. You can also use better lipo packs in a brushless.

It would have lasted longer had the concrete ballast stones not got exposed and then cut into the tyre.

well looking at the shot of the concrete you can see the sharp concrete ballast stones.

I am thinking of making a burnout board for scrubbing in tyres.
