if u need bigger house but can't afford it, click ctrl shift c on ur computer a box will pop up type in motherlode and it will give u 50,000.

It's different for me i always get a boy and never ever ever ever over the long time i've played the sims i never had a girl i only had a girl if i made my family with one.
