What is wrong with my ipod touch 3g?

after an update of tweaks and respring on cydia the home screen isn't normal-when i scroll the page, it doesnt "bounce" into place like normally but stays in one place(i dont have the freeboard tweak), i cant click on anything(just wont open), i cant do a respring trough sbsettings(is there a program to do it on pc or sth?), hard reboot wont help either...

I wouldnt like to restore cause i have my ipod set up so nicely...

Please help!!!

The iPhone 4 jailbreak has been out for a while... Check out my video. Anyways the only things that I've noticed wrong with the jailbreak is that it has a couple of bugs. When you turn the screen on or respring it has some dead-looking pixels on the top of the screen and that some of the cydia apps don't work on it yet. Of course these things aren't a big deal but whatever
