@jayko657 I guess that's how Ashley wood does his robots. Have you seen his Grunt toys from World War Robot (made by threea)? those guys' heads are tiny compared to their bulky bodies.

people starts bashing on things they do not know. for one thing, this is a prototype model. meaning, it may or may not be the final model for mass production or should i say a limited stock model since all ThreeA Toys are few of the same model.

also, this toy is the artist's rendition of the Zaku which for me is VERY Ashley Wood. if you guys know his style then you would understand.

for me, this Zaku looks meaner than that of the original and it has a more realistic feel to it.

That's an amazing piece of art. I love it...for the most part. The only thing that I don't like it's the head. It just doesn't look like any zaku or gundam I've seen. It makes it look less like a giant robot and more like a very armored human sized suit. It even has a nose for crying out loud.

The painting and texturing isn't special but well done (a few levels of salt weathering) but the scratch building is amazing in keeping complex surfaces perfectly neat. A world class modeler! Maybe one of the best?

@mokanaman don't think its salt weathered and its not a scratch built model. its a prototype of a production piece that is being designed by artist Ashley wood (ThreeA toys) and Bandai.

@WhitzWolfCrusher Well, it is a prototype, so there is a chance that the final product does have the mono eye, but you are correct, it isn't Zaku enough without the Cylon eye. I would still buy it though.
