ok I'm going to settle this based on the music "the surfer song" that was also the main part of Tarintino's Pulp Fiction this is a reference to pulp fiction. It cannot be MIB (men in black) because space jam came out first. look it up. Not to mention the way they look at each other was the same way travolta and Samuel L Jackson did. any one still wanna argue or do you just want to shut up and enjoy the movie?

I love this part in the movie. I know that when I have kids of my own, Loony Toons will be the staple cartoon. This stuff they have today is to regimented. Sure, it's educational, but it's also not giving kids a chance to dream about the impossible and the hilarious. I actually may just re-buy this movie on VHS for the nostalgia.
