My dad has this car (except it's the V8 version) and it has all the add ons. (tamo wood inlay, navigation, sunroof, the whole sha-bang!) I ask him to go pedal down on a straight away and the engine sound is music to my ears. I was so excited when we got this car. My mom also has an Infiniti G35X, the engine sound on that is amazing. I'm lucky, my family has 2 awesome cars!

In my opinion, the Q7 is the best looking SUV on the road, i just think it has a very agressive front with massive grills which just say "get out of my way!"....The Range rover sport is the second best looking

I just got a 3.6 Audi Q7 two months ago after driving a Cadillac Escalade for 4 years. This thing drives like a car and gets surprisingly good mileage on the highway. I would recommend it to anyone...so long as you have the $60-$70k to get one with all the features.
I like the Mercedes GL450. I think I would take that car, but still the Q7 is still a good choice. Its technically better than the GL or the X5, but its the underdog. I guess the Merc is for showing off and the X5 is like a compromise. I dont know. I have no idea what I said LOL

german cars are known for their heavier and more involved steering, where was japanese cars have lighter more nimble steering which sometimes can be bad as you don't have a feel of the road.

LOL the steering is "german" :D ... I'm from germany and I've never heard such a funny thing about steering :D but the american price for that car is crazy small 45000 $???? lol you pay between 60000- 76000 € in germany that's crazy, we build that car ;P

german cars are known for their heavier and more involved steering, where was japanese cars have lighter more nimble steering which sometimes can be bad as you don't have a feel of the road.

Yeah, the Europeans seem to prefer heavier steering then American and Japanese makers do. I think it's because light steering makes it easier to talk on the phone and change radio channels while driving.

Our economy rely on the automotive industry. If we make cars that last that means people wouldnt have to buy cars as often. This situation would cause fewer cars to be produced which means that a lot of people would be out of jobs. This will lead to the fall of the economy. So yeah I love german cars and I'm black but dont go talking about our country like that over the web.

True, American cars can't compete with German or Japanese cars. American car companies make money selling cheap cars and expensive replacement parts, it's all part of their marketing strategy. On the other hand, the German and Japanese carmakers can only compete with quality and durable vehicles.

Mercedes, Porsche and VW really have it.
Audi and BMW are wonderful cars, but Audi lost its way, stylistically in the last 10 years. Compare a '97 A8 to this thing, c'mon...WTF!! Ruin the best looking cars since Porsche 911 variants and Mercedes W116 series!
BMW's prob is just what you see posted. This idea that BMW is just inherently better, in every way than any other Deutsch or Nip-mobile. There is a snooty, disdainful attitude of exclusivity with the BMW people.

Piece of junk! All the German and Japanese SUV's are crap (with the exclusion of the MB G class and I'm not talking GL either!). That think is just an oversized car.
Give me a REAL SUV like a G Class, Range Rover or Suburban. The Suburban and Tahoe are REAL SUV's! Based on trucks, tons of towing capacity and now days built nearly as good as the G Class.
