National Public Radio executive Ron Schiller believes that NPR can get along just fine without federal funding. The majority of the American people agree. Time to cut the tax-funded apron strings and let NPR survive on its own in the marketplace. Any budget shortfalls can easily be made up by wealthy leftists like George Soros, Michael Moore, Robert Redford, Barbra Streisand, to name just a few.

NPR radio is to the left what fox is to the right, it shouldn't be paid for by the tax payers any more than fox news radio should. My only problem is that they are spending a lot of time talking about pennies and not enough time saving actual Dollars they can cut.
