Woot, I made a 17.00 seconds which seems very clean to me. I don't understand how you can be so fast. :O

I guess it is a 12.9 seconds ?

It's about rythmn and timing, getting the tower built and falling to meet the 9.6s Balloon Wake-up.

Unfortunately to do it faster you've got to get the tower to the Balloons in 7.3s which is possible, but V. HARD!
