  • Your shoulder press form looks a lot like your incline press form. You need to sit your ass up.

  • I do the exercices.. on the bench.. untilll i touch the bar with my chest .. and it is much better to have a small weight with a corect movement or almost corect, than not to do one corectly and get injuried...

    do i need to train only my right chest ?

    without the left starting to become smaller or slappier

    or train both of them, and train my right a view ripes more..

    with or without my right chest can't recover 2 soon before i hit the gym again, that a the hard work was been for nothing..

    i'd really like to see a video response to this.

  • @TheRunningJurk i have more or les the same problem as you and think it is because i am right handed and do "everything" with my right hand so the muscles like my tricep for example was stronger so when im doing pressing movements my right tricep would take the weight but on my left side my chest would have to take the weight so inturn got bigger. if you work on flat bench then try and switch it up to dumbells going hevier on the right side so it balances it out

Anyone who knows anything about bodybuilding should know that the rear delts are smaller compared to the front delts therefore should train them more. Stop being stupid. This shoulder workout is trash.

    I have a lean natural physique.. I'm still on the skinny side, i'm 6'1 and i weigh 171lb, so its not too bad. But i have a lot of belly fat. What do you recommend? Do i do cardio and loose this shit? Then go back to bulking or do I just continue bulking then when i rip up, i loose it?

  • @kingkhan91 id lose the bodyfat first...get down below 10% bodyfat before you bulk and bulk with clean whole foods aiming to add 1lb bodyweight each wk.

    High protein caloric deficit diet, keep some carbs in it and do low intensity cardio if needed, doesn't really matter if you do it now or later, would do it now if you feel uncomfortable about it ;-)

  • @kingkhan91 Frequency is KEY. dont work each muscle once a week with thousands of sets, your not a bodybuilder. Work each muscle TWICE a week but only 3 sets for each muscle so you get 6 sets in one week. e.g Work out A. Flat chest x3 Squats x3

    Pull ups x3

    Dips x3

    Dont do ISOLATION until you got SIZE

  • @kingkhan91 According to Hodgetwins, they said jump roping is the best cardio you can do. So do a lot of jump roping on your off workout days and control your diet. Less carb intake and progressively cut about 500kcal of daily calorie intake. Moreover, when you are doing both cardio and liftin, you wont see a ton of muscle growth but keep lifting. when your belly fats are gone, you can concentrate on your bulking ! Hope this helps.

    if you are a noob you should just lift and see how that goes. The calories burned with weight lifting and the new muscle should prove enough to lose the fat. The more muscle you put on the higher your metabolism! Trust me, I'm 5'11 with 8%bf at 175lbs and I eat whatever the FUCK I wanna lol simply because I went from 140lbs to 175lbs in 3 years and my muscle now eats up everything I give it. (that plus I'm sure I have good genetics though) Just my 2 cents. Lift lift!

    Just go and bulk then cut. No need to cut twice =)

    Plus, you wont lose strength (wont get your motivation down)

  • @kingkhan91 buddy ever ever bulk its the dumbest way to go. personally i stay lean as asposed to bulk, so i would reccomend you doing like 20-30mins of cardio a day before lifting and incorporate supersets into your workout to make it more intense and burn more calories. Lastly ,you gotta fuckin eat right haha. But you know at the end of the day..you can pretty much do whatever the FFUUUUCK YOUU WANNNA DOOO!

  • @kingkhan91 I have the exact same body type as you. IDK about you but I'm a newbie only been lifting for about 2 months. I noticed that as a newbie it's pretty easy to build muscle with TMW split routine and lose fat at the same time. I do walking cardio on my days off and I gained muscle and got stronger while literally losing like 8 pounds.

    Just thought I'd let you know that if you're sorta new then you can do both at the same time!!

    so just reduce your stress if you are already lean overall if not then do HIIT sprints 30 seconds off and 30 seconds on as many times as you can you will not loose muscle

  • @kingkhan91 Don't bulk at all. As the twins say, when you first get in to bodybuilding, you'll get bigger and leaner at first. I'm 5'10, 175, so you must be skinny (no offence, just an observation). If you just focus on building muscle, your muscle will burn your fat. Your weight might not change much, but you'll be bigger, stronger and leaner. THEN you bulk and cut.

  • You are not using the right bench for front shoulder press..you should look for another one thats a little more inclined..and you can select the angle you are confortable with...that bench were you are doing is good only for behind the head shoulder press.

    The rest of the exercises that you do i don`t have nothing to say about..everybody does them how they feel and folows ther natural body motion.....
