In the beginning of this video it sounded like these "officers were there to help maintain a safe environment for the students "protect and serve" basically. However by the end of the video it was clear that they were there to extort money from students and meet some quota just like the rest of our bullshit law officers....Our system is so corrupt! Power to the people not these scumbags!
