I know they didn't win, but I think AC Milan were the better side that night. And although he didn't score, Kaka was the best player (come on, all football fans could see the pure greatness of his assist). If anything, I wanted Liverpool to win (AC Milan beat Celtic in the group stages), but they were out classed in the first half and lucky that Sheva made an arse of his penalty. It's one of their best moments, but not their best performances. Athens highlighted the right result and performance.
