@crazyhayn I agree, hair doesn't have anything to do with a persons musical skills, but I will say that I have a couple of DVDs newer with Satriani and he still plays great but his playing is not as expressive or accented,..some songs are still, but here I think he sounds better than one of my DVD's I' ve bought that he is in. I have a vhs tape where his blues rock sound is what made me a fan a long time ago. His newer stuff is still kick ass thou. He's very dedicated.

I remember this episode well. Heard a few days in advance and couldn't wait to see Joe play something live. Suffered through the rest of the show, but it was well worth it in the end. Paul called Joe a maestro, and he couldn't have been more right.
