people in korea are extremely UNprepared for problems. they don't even have snow chains for cars there. i couldn't believe it when i was there last winter.
when flash flood ondoy happend in the phillipines kills more than 200 people. some korean blogger name UGLY UBIN say...(i hope it keeps raining and die in flood those" FILIPINO MONKEY"!.....another korea replied, they will die bcoz monkeys cant swim hahahahah........now it hapend in korea i hope they will know now how it hearts being a victim of flash flood."
