@legoclonefan Im very new at this (like you apparantly), but I think any 2-d animation software will do. What I've gotten from some research is that every frame is drawn by hand (with tracing paper and whatnot for similar frames), and is later traced on a computer program after being scanned, where it is colored and cleaned. It works kinda like the flipbook concept. 8 fps is usually used for a smooth pic.

If u have any questions, ask! I dont know many details, but I've got the basics :)

@Mileyfan17034 Yes I have been made familiar with that recently, but the problem with 2-D animations is that most of the time animating arm movement or generally body movement is an obstacle. But I am still finding things out.
