@thetwentyfourth I see what you're saying and I agree. I know Oregon (I recently moved out of there to move to my second country: Canada) doesn't allow fluoride in the water. While I was in Toronto (I'm back in the States for a while) I was talking to a German guy at my hostel and he was talking about how the citizens of the USA don't fight to stop stuff like this -- GMO's, fluoride, ,etc. I do believe it's, how Chomsky put it, "manufactured consent."
Fluoride is bad for humans. But as far as whether or not its a government conspiracy to poison everyone is up for debate. If you look at the fast food industry, fluoride in water, plastics, etc then you start to wonder, but it is more than likely a byproduct of capitalism -- or maybe a combination of both. Alex Jones is an idiot, though. He never offers any solutions. If you're concerned about stuff like this -- and you probably should be -- then make a choice not to partake.

Besides, regardless of what a substance does or is believed to do, people should have to give their consent before being exposed to it. Peoples' ability to choose not to drink it is no justification either, since the public water supply is all many people will have access to, whether for financial or other reasons.

Floruide as a topical treatment is not a problem. Topical treatment with flouride is not the same as drinking it. Asking for flouride is way different than having it forced into your drinking water.

Fluoride is bad for humans. But as far as whether or not its a government conspiracy to poison everyone is up for debate. If you look at the fast food industry, fluoride in water, plastics, etc then you start to wonder, but it is more than likely a byproduct of capitalism -- or maybe a combination of both. Besides, regardless of what a substance does or is believed to do, people should have to give their consent before being exposed to it. @dachozen 2 a small extent yes distilled water takes out minerals. Pesticides farm chems 100%. We do get a lot of minerals from fruits and vegetables to make up for the tiny' loss from distilled. I have a juicer and a blander. Every day, I toss a hand full of raw baby spinach, a small tomato and some grapes in the Blender. And I juice up some apples, pares and carrots in the juicer and mix those. In 30-days you will have lasting' energy. Like 5-cups of coffee but it lasts all day.
