Quagmire should be the sniper, so that he can look into women's windows through his rifle scope for maximum 'giggity' factor.

Doctor Hartmann should be the medic, because he has no medical licence, just like the TF2 medic, and has been known to do some pretty extreme or abnormal things in the pursuit of medicine.

Meg should be the pyro, just so that we don't have to look at her face.
