Steam in Romania, CFF Viseu de Sus 5

I noticed that this locomotive was built in 1985. Does the Locomotive fabricator still exist? If it does i believe you may have a customer in the Eritrea railway system. They too are narrow guage and they run restored locomotives & trains built during the Italian colonial period.

Resita still exists as a large engineering firm in Romania. I doubt they still have the capabilities to build steam locomotives. As far as I know they never built the Mallet type required for the sharp curves on the Eritrea railway. I doubt Eritrea would be able to afford the enormous cost of a new steam loco, any they do buy will probably be diesel.
