I hate to say this, but I follow both Dutch, English, German, French and American media and he is ignored in all of them. I know, it is quite tragic really. A EU constitution would nullify, in time, every national constitution put in place and the power of influencing policy would lay far beyond that of an ordinary citizen. What to do about it, I don't know other than becoming increasingly vocal and critical. I am now daily writing Dutch media why they're not reporting on Ron Paul and finally got response from the NOS that they'll look into the ommission. After 2 weeks mind you.

When you read the constitution of the EU, you will see that rights are not god given, but are limited as to what the EU government body decides at the time and they can take away whenever they want. That's CFR and what they are trying to do here too. It is also why over a long period, the goverments in europe have disarmed the public, since if everyone was armed, we wouldn't be worrying about this today.

Well personally I care little about the gas prices. With a downturn in oil production coming up I'm glad there's been a sound investment here in public transport. On the other hand, as of this year all use of public transport is only available via a chip card linked to your bank account and social security information. Beyond creepy but, again, everybody finds this perfectly normal it seems.

Ya, it's not really known what those gas price are for, but it's not for the public transport (it would be free then). But thank you CFR for now connecting public transportation directly to your bank account too. This way, if you want freedom of movement, you have to pay for it, and they can deny it to whomever they want at an moment. Creepy? You can do the math where that one is going. Yes, I am ignoring the straw polls, and the reason is that what matter in determining how much media coverage a candite gets is how much support the candidate has nationwide, and with Ron Paul still languishing in the single digits after all the time and money he's spent, it's logical to expect him to receive less media coverage than people like Romney or Huckabee. It's not a conspiracy, it's just business.
