  • Bouncing doesn't improve anything. Sitting there in the split works a lot better. And when stretching for over splits you don't put your foot on a high surface necessarily, you put it on a higher surface. Like a small pillow then work their way up to a couch or chair.

  • You shouldn't bounce so much, But I wish I were that flexible. Awesome

  • umm....i can do the splits but i what happens if u cant do an oversplit??

  • I don't get what you mean by "I no it looks like my left leg in the splits but its my right". You have your left leg in front, so its a left leg split :S

  • @buggiedoodoo thats because im actually doing a right leg split because my left leg can not fully go down into the splits and im making a video tutorial with loads of stretches for the splits and i wanted to show myself improving :)

  • You seem to do quite a lot of bouncing in the stretch. No problems with that?

  • i bonce in the stretches to make my muscles used to the stretch.

    gymnastics or karate or something? your flexabilty is just amazing.

    i can almost do the splits am just a few inchs of the ground , how can i improve this fastly any tips?

  • i do taekwondo but my flexibility is completely taught to my self.

    IF your nearly ther keep stretching and never giv up thats what i did when was stretchin my back i fought nothing was happenin but wen i carried on for a couple of months theirs a massive differance.

    Stretch for splits for about 5 mins in mornin and night, go down as far as you can push yor self up and down n this helps u to get further.
