@speechclasstaipei There are several things you can do for conditioning the arms and fingers and fists, fists there are sandbags and for arms you condition using a wooden dummy (used with a form). My Instructor for Choy Lei Fut told me that it is the most hard hitting kung fu out there, so you condition your arms and fingers very much so :)

@jesscotney82889 Not if you move your guards with your kick, and the round house isnt used as much in Choy Lei Fut, it is more of a basic kick, and takes too long. According to my instructor
