@pworam68 if you do pick it up for the ps3, i advice you to have an external memory storing device (like usb, or external harddrive). The game has a nasty bug that corrupts your data. I'd back-up my file every now and then. It happened to me on the final boss and good thing I created a back-up on the previous chapter or else i'd have smashed the game to bits lol.
@JungleShaddow I didn't get a bad copy. Konami even stated that they're sorry for the bug and that they'd soon release a patch. There's quite a few people who've encountered the bug during the middle of the final boss fight. I read about this before I even got the bug that's why i made a back-up on my usb drive.

I was actually was/am a big fan of God Of War, I played it when it first came out back in '05 and didn't pick it up again until recently and beat the whole trilogy in two days. It was quite an experience, I have to say. The more games that attempt God of War's style the better, the gameplay was supreme.
@cindermaker But I find not much strategic thinking in that game though. Like I would advise people who play God of War to never lay your hands on any Ninja Gaiden games because they are very difficult slash and hack games. Trust me, you don't wanna be frustrated unlike me Ninja Gaiden 2 was pretty challenging but eventually beated it, the funny thing is that it was in easy mode I think. The other Ninja Gaiden is too damn hard for average players. It's been topped as 10 top hard games.
Fu*k GOW fanboys. So damn annoying, GOW is not even that freakin hard of a game. All you do is hack slash and not have to think about it. Plus GOW is a clone itself so f***k off you GOW fanboys, DMC came before GOW but no it didn't get itself publicity through television like GOW got it. That's the only reason why it got so popular. My favorites are Super castlevania IV, Symphony of the night and underrated Curse of darkness.. even they may have their own unperfect properties, they have still real castlevania spirit.Curse of darkness is not perfect but it has all the elements to a great CV game and it has the majestic CV feeling, i really hope this doesnt turn another hollywood shit..

I really like castlevania and I played a few of the games to SNES and SOTN too and curse of darkness, in my opinion, was the best until now, I feel the castlevanias are going well and getting better and better. Hey XsaypleaseX, thanks for demonstrating your stupidity. I hadn't realized that Castlevania 1, 2, 3, 4, Dracula X, and all the 2d versions from game boy, game boy advance. psp, and ds are all the same exact game as symphony of the night. How profund. Yes I have played curse of darkness. There is not a cv game that I have not played , and that I have not completed. My opinion is that none of the 3d games are up to par. If your experience with cv began with sotn, you are an amateur =)

My favorites are Super castlevania IV, Symphony of the night and underrated Curse of darkness.. even they may have their own unperfect properties, they have still real castlevania spirit.Curse of darkness is not perfect but it has all the elements to a great CV game and it has the majestic CV feeling, i really hope this doesnt turn another hollywood shit..

I really like castlevania and I played a few of the games to SNES and SOTN too and curse of darkness, in my opinion, was the best until now, I feel the castlevanias are going well and getting better and better. I have good expec to this game and I hope I'm not alone :) ( sorry but my english is terrible, I'm brazillian and I don't use to talk english :x )
