i hate to bash, but im going to have to see a video on a chasis dyno. there is absolutely zero ways to put 700hp through a stock block 383 without a blower/procharger/huge nitrous shot etc. im a chevrolet lover myself but this is a bit rediculous. it sounds great but nothing like the posting says it should

learn some s#$ huh? Ok so youve "seen" some built, many of us HAVE built them ourselves. A 650+hp stroker at 13.5:1 aint what youd call a street motor.
It will take a good bit of doing to pull 600hp out of a 383 most that think they got that much barely make over 500hp just look around on youtube. Lots of 11 sec dreamers with 13 sec rides lol.

135 the intake was completely ported and matched to heads and yea they can handle the hp and super vic or afr are you serious ... Also the Team G will not suport that hp out of the box.....a 7530 only flows about 238 cfm stock...I know I got one. Getting mine to go 300-320 to keep up with the heads will take a lot of work. A Super Vic with work or the new AFR composite would be the way to go.

you obviously havent built too many engines! you can easily get over 550 hp on pump gas naturally aspirated, takes lots of money, knowledge, and the right compression ratio, we built a 400 sbc and it ran just a hair off 600hp on pump gas (with octane boost) on the dyno
700 hp? Wow.........if that's really accurate, you must have one hell of a nice motor, because I'd half expect a supercharger on any 383 with over 500.
we ran a 650hp 350 in our grand American open wheel modified on racing fuel,
the engine was $23,000.00 each week pulled it out back to the manufacturer $1000.00 each week, we had a guy rev it 9000 RPM 4 bent values $800.00 Never rev an engine like that unless you have plenty of cash

@5secret maybe 400? im building a 357 and have 194 heads thats only pocket ported and looking to make 420, i would say 475, his time slip would tell you how much he could be making, high to mid elevens is 475

@5secret not my camaro, its my dads, i own an 84 z28 drag car i have vids with a 305 in it but im building a 4 bolt main 357 and puttin a hit of nitrous on it, my fastest pass without what i have been doing to it so far is 15.90 but thats on streets with a 308 rear gear and a 5 speed, i put in a 456 gear bought mt 29.5/10.5/15 slicks, put a th350 in, and now doing the motor im looking low twelves on motor mid elevens on spray

you obviously havent built too many engines! you can easily get over 550 hp on pump gas naturally aspirated, takes lots of money, knowledge, and the right compression ratio, we built a 400 sbc and it ran just a hair off 600hp on pump gas (with octane boost) on the dyno

we ran a 650hp 350 in our grand American open wheel modified on racing fuel,
the engine was $23,000.00 each week pulled it out back to the manufacturer $1000.00 each week, we had a guy rev it 9000 RPM 4 bent values $800.00 Never rev an engine like that unless you have plenty of cash

@5secret maybe 400? im building a 357 and have 194 heads thats only pocket ported and looking to make 420, i would say 475, his time slip would tell you how much he could be making, high to mid elevens is 475

@5secret not my camaro, its my dads, i own an 84 z28 drag car i have vids with a 305 in it but im building a 4 bolt main 357 and puttin a hit of nitrous on it, my fastest pass without what i have been doing to it so far is 15.90 but thats on streets with a 308 rear gear and a 5 speed, i put in a 456 gear bought mt 29.5/10.5/15 slicks, put a th350 in, and now doing the motor im looking low twelves on motor mid elevens on spray
