The Bible states that we all have internal knowledge of Him, - that drives us to seek him out ultimately learning to operate on a whole different level of reality - one of spirit and faith.
Ask yourself, If you know God is not real, why are you reading this post, why do thoughts of Him occupy so much of your mind's time. What evolutionary construct made it physically necessary to conceive of God. Wouldn't we breed faster and more successfully without one?
3) you think athiests think we're the ultimate creation? You claim that your god cares soley on the prosperity of man. You belief that out the ENTIRE universes exsistance that us, on this little dust particle (when compared to the rest of the universe) is his main group of people to worry about. You belief that this ENTIRE universe was created with us in mind. Lmao. And you think athiests are the ones who think we are the ultimate creation!? Lmao. Get real dude.
@Helldog6 I personally think that this whole misunderstanding we all have concerning God, whether Athiest, Agnostic or Religious, is a communication error. Most christians I've run into describe God as an Omnipotent, Omniscient and Infallible being that cares for all, etc.. The reality is that God is not all powerful:I accept most powerful. God is not all knowing:I accept most gnostic. Crash Course in Dantean Theology. If, Satan is the Prince of Darkness, then who is the King?
@Helldog61000 years ago man new the earth was flat; 300 years ago man believed the Sun revolved around the earth; 200 years ago America knew it was the land of the free. All in all, I think we can agree that even collectively, WE DON"T KNOW SHIT. But, we're soaring to learn. So, don't hesitate to fire back. Your opinions and knowledge are valued. I think we can figrure this whole thing out. thanks for your time
@Helldog6 God, finds out that Adam and Eve had eaten from the forbidden tree,"They have come to know good and evil as we do, let us take away the tree of everlasting life lest they partake of that, too.
1 Humans gained a knowledge of good and evil equal unto God.
2.God saw it fit to deny Man Everlasting life, in turn cursing man to die("dying you shall die).
3.Considering those things, isn't it asound solution to deny God Everlasting life, as well?
@Helldog6 You should be able to analyze and comprehend that the first 4 pages of The Book of Genesis show God as imperfect... As imperfect as Man. Maybe, even more, so. Just as Parents hold their children above themselve, despite the necessity to guide and discipline, as God does(allegedly).
@sk8ingwillkillme And THAT is where your wrong.1)Religion doesn't make someone a better person. If you need the threat of eternal punishment or a form eternal happyness in order to help someone that doesnt make you good person. B) I'm an athiest because you lack evidence, not because I choose to ignore it. You have no substantial evidence to prove him, therefor I do no believe in him because of that FACT.
@abarbar06 It is purely speculative to pretend that anything would be engaged in a linear evolutionary course. It is that all individual in any given species is unique although it could carry traits from its parents. Natural Selection as a creative force is a concept borrowed to ancient mythology. An ancient goddess vested as a law of science
The materialist tries to convince himself of a world that exists in and of itself, eternally and without cause. However, we cannot believe in something that has neither beginning nor cause. The theologian takes matters one step further back by saying that God created the world.
The same evidence of god would mean my jar of candy is god ... yesterday I prayed to my jar of candy for the weather to be nice ... today the weather is nice, so I hearby conclude the all knowing creator of the universe is my jar of candy ... I'm also stunned everyday by the beauty of this jar... I got it when I was 13 and every year since around the hollidays people fill it with money or candy ... it truly is a devine piece of glass .. Now !!! I dare any scientist to disprove my theory
Myself: Religious emotional dogmatic ignorance , standing up and seeking God, The truth is found in logic, science and reasoning, God exists but nothing like I thought before, God is infinitely more. God never came in a burning bush, he never came to you in a light in the sky, God comes to all his children through the minds eye. God is intrinsically known and sought by all, and yet know fully by no one.
Jesus said, "If your leaders say to you, 'Look, the (Father's) kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the (Father's) kingdom is within you and it is outside you.
When you know yourselves, then you will be known, and you will understand that you are children of the living Father. But if you do not know yourselves, then you live in poverty, and you are the poverty."
@alexthasy Treating atheism like a religion and Darwin as a prophet is stupid and you really need to stop. It would be the same as calling Albert Einstein, Niels Bohr, or Isaac Newton prophets because they came up with scientific theories. I also find it amusing that you call evolution, a theory founded on concrete scientific principles a fairy tale, but think the Biblical (or whatever religion you are) story of creation is true, when it has no proof, and is, by definition, a myth.
wow, I guess god had something to do with your dad screwing your mom so you were born... everything went very precise. Tell that to the million brothers you don't have because your dad use a condom.
He is right. What are the chances of everything being like it is. There are so many different paths to what could have been. Yet we are given evidence. My question to everyone that have a problem with this video is how are we here? There is a given long list of what could have happened. Why is everything like it is today? Everything has a begining, and it takes something for something to come to be.
@redneckman102 I'm not a physicist but I'll give you my POV. Lee's assumes that the universe was designed to fit life when it's the other way around. Life evolved to fit the earth through random mutation and natural selection. The strong survived and the weak died, that's how today's life "looks" like it's fine tuned. As for the gravity and nuclei argument, I'd like to see where he gets his info. I know that the CC was proposed by Einstein and don't see how it supports creation.
a little ignorance goes a long way. for a better view than this fucktard's, see darkmatter2525's take on the "fine-tuned" universe: /watch?v=jMYIl5b-paY
@alexthasy "since the greatest biological breakthrough in biology were made by people not believing in the Darwinian evolutionary creation fairy tale." Oops, another lie. OK, it mightn't be a lie- it might just be because you're an ignorant ass.
2nd arguement well they've proven the universe is expanding? i may not be a physicist, but i know a constant means that its in a "constant" state. i think you're confusing the bullshit of cosmological constant with the proof of cosmological expanding.
not a physicist. but i can have a decent rebuttle.
also, is it fair this guy has a microphone to yell at 1000 middle school minds all of which are unshaped and none of them can come up and just say "BULLSHIT" or even altercate theories?
1sr arguement. it would depend on the organism itself. gravity is different everywhere but with the massive space of the universe we've only examined a slim fraction of the planets, and although none of which are currrently inhabitable, slim fraction of planets. and a single celled organism is given the ability to evolve into its environment if conditions are adequate. you think if the gravity was heavier maybe we wouldn't have just had thicker support to maintain structure?
@truthseeker010101 That is what Atheist theologian Sagan was also claiming when saying that god would be a law of science and the law that was given the godly mission of taking a single cell through billion years of evolution is natural selection called a law of science or a law of nature by some, or even one more unverifiable theory by others.
All religions are man-made and all religions are failed science.—Sam Harris
God is theory, and it's a good concept. It's not a thing, a being, a man in the sky granting wishes, it's a concept. And there's nothing wrong with the concept. Like energy, force, gravity, life, soul, spirit, conscience, and a source of life, infinite, eternal, and the unmovable mover.
energy and force are two of the ways God is described by the Hindu Veda's and the Bhagavad Gita. It is said that God is the force that keeps planets moving in orbit, and the energy that is in all life. The concept of God has never been proven wrong, and science is a way to know the mind of God.

Like energy, force, gravity, life, soul, spirit, conscience, and a source of life, infinite, eternal, and the unmovable mover. In the bhagavad gita I find a short story, and a better understanding of this concept. Without a lot of dogma, like christianity. religion is only failed science, but a good study.
JESUS CHRIST, HIS CATHOLIC-UNIVERSAL-APOSTOLIC CHURCH, SACRAMENTS, THE BIBLE, MIRACLES, HEALINGS, ST. MARY APPARITIONS, MESSAGES FROM HEAVEN, SIGNS IN 2011 ARE NOT A MYTHOLOGY BUT THE REALITY !!!
@truthseeker010101 Carl Sagan also said that god if he existed would be a law of science likely pointing to the myth of natural selection and Richard Dawkins claimed that species were non-designed designoids and would owe their good look to a Darwinian Natural selection
A black hole is infinite, it is beyond understanding. God is proven by thermodynamics and relativity. I believe those who can't see this are just plain stupid.
@1ProudFemaleAtheist The Universe is conscience, in every atom to the lowest level of the quanta. This video is one I think would help to answer that question.
From my understanding relativity or gravity is force, a force which we cannot prove by observing gravity, we can observe the effects but cannot observe or prove gravity. Gravity-"each particle of matter attracts every other particle with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them." Issac Newton
God is a concept, and the force that is gravity is also said to be God.
@1ProudFemaleAtheist "A change in the internal energy of a closed thermodynamic system is equal to the difference between the heat supplied to the system and the amount of work done by the system on its surroundings" which asserts that energy/mass can change form within the system, for instance chemical energy can become kinetic energy, but that energy can be neither created nor destroyed. In physics energy (like mass), cannot be created or destroyed. Energy is called God.
hmmmmm well that's an interesting view.....but no, energy does not "prove God." You can call it God, sure. But it does not "prove" a God. The concept of God has never been proven RIGHT. I respect that type of view of God, however, as energy and life-force. It's religion that is ridiculous.
@1ProudFemaleAtheist You know how science labels something and then says there's no room for God? I am saying that science is labeling God, or at least the attributes we consider God, God is energy, God is force, God is the cosmos, God is conscience, God is logos. These where all called God long before they where labeled what you call energy, gravity, and the material universe. I understand religion is filled with mistakes and dogma, but so is our new religion, science.
@EightyBrains There are essentially 2 main sects in Darwinism. A theist and and atheist one. I found that most theist evolutionists do not conflict with their atheist brothers since they do not involve God in an evolutionary creation

"there is absolutely no proof there is an infinit number of universes." first off, there is. second off, there is absoulutely no proof there is a god!
It is a truism to state that our existence allows us to exist. I can use this, just as easily, as evidence against a creator (e.g. the universe is life-friendly, therefore life's genesis need not have a creator). He has no justification for saying that the functions of the universe are "incomprehensible". Existence is evidence only of existence, any further extrapolations are unfounded conjecture. U-n-f-o-u-n-d-e-d c-o-n-j-e-c-t-u-r-e.
of course life will develop in a universe with the perfect conditions for it to develop! but the overwhelming majority of the countless other universes out there don't have the perfect conditions. we shouldnt be so surprised to find ourselves in the most hospitable environment for us to live in. if there are an infinite number of other universes, then the chance of there being one as "finely tuned" as ours is mathematically certain.
@EightyBrains "mathematically certain"...You do realize your using mathematics from OUR universe to calculate realms (universes) fundamentally different than our own,not to mention the energy plasma that surrounds them right? Also what is there to suggest that the other universes are varied seeing as they are all of the same substance in origin?
@ParaPsyopticNerve research m-theory. each of these universes are different manifestations of 11 dimensions of space. some dimensions in each individual universe are prominent while others are "folded up". m-theory is a mathematical theory, and it predicts that universes can pop into existence at any time with a certain probability of having any combinations of prominent dimensions, laws of physics, etc. Calculating this about higher dimensions only requires more complicated geometry

OK, life as we know it depends sensitively on the value of the gravitational constant. BUT, if the gravitational constant were a bit different, maybe some other form of life would have existed.
Common sense tells me there is a God who is infinite in knowledge, wisdom and understanding. All around me there is intelligent design. If you don't believe in God, there is no excuse you could offer for your disbelief, because you have seen the evidences all around you and have chosen not to believe, inspite of infinite amount of evidences. In the judgement you will be weighed in the balances and found wanting !
@dane14412 Perfectly true. Darwinism is a lame attempt by unbelievers to rationalize their atheism and the finality of death ''For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.''
This argument ignores the law of identity. If gravity were "tuned" or adjusted to a different degree IT WOULD NOT BE GRAVITY. The parameters of the universe are the way they are and couldn't be any other way, because of the identity i.e. nature and composition of the elements of the existence. Intelligent design is not a strong argument for the existence of a creator.
@ParaPsyopticNerve Perhaps, but the multiverse theory is theory. Theory, even when evidence is presented can still be incorrect, ignored, etc. Identity is an axiomatic principle that cannot be escaped. EVER. So it is useless to speak in conditionals with regard to physical reality.
how about....gravity existed long long before life...so...life evolved within the the confines of said "finely tuned" gravity. Maybe if I waved my arms lots and and spoke in a really excited manner I would be able to convince people of my opinions also
See Dr. Brian Greene & other dimensions/string theory. This is the magic of God/intelligent design & why us Xtians have more than belief in magic & where Heaven may exist!
Think will string theory give a solution how it preciously tune those parameters to a existence of a such a universe. THE SHAPE OF THE EXTRA DIMENTIONS...
Why do we have the concept of god today? Because some people wrote a bunch of shit down in some books like a THOUSAND years ago. How do we know that they were just drunk and being stupid? For every "miracle" people say exist, I could name at least 10 horrible things about the world. If this god dude really wants us to believe in him, he needs to stop dicking around and show his fucking face.
I like your concept of "god of the gaps," though wouldn't use it in the dismissive manner it may be intended. Theists and atheists alike should realize is that the gaps are immeasurably wider & more profound than verifiable knowledge. In other words, existence remains a giant mystery (and if God is invoked to explain it, then God is also a giant mystery). Some atheists overreach as they downplay the mystery, & theists overreach as they say God's existence explains everything.
I'm just a teenager, yet I see these things don't add up. GOD doesn't add up (atleast how our religions put him to be). Its sad when adults cling to fairy tales, when kids can see the holes in them
@handsup48 Believing that land mammals magically altered limbs and organs while evolving into whales upon crossing millions of years and numerous species has all the making of an absurd atheistic fairy tale and those fantasies are being taught as science.
@alexthasy Because their is basic evidence for it. Taking the idea that one animal looks like a creature found in fossils from long ago, we can come to the conclusion that they shared a common ancestry. Science is based on evidence and logic, religion is based on faith and irrationality.
@alexthasy Actually the Big Bang Theory isn't just accepted by atheists, so its not some "atheistic view". And its a THEORY, yes, we don't exactly know what happened, but atleast as an Atheist I can accept being proven wrong, but just because we don't know, doesn't mean "Oh, God must've done it"
@handsup48 The big bang will remain forever conjectural and would indeed be magical for those being atheist and a miracle for those being theist. A Darwinian atheistic evolutionary creation is all about magic that is why Darwinian atheist theologian Dawkins has to pretend that species are designoids not intelligently designed but rather the work of the myth of natural selection
@alexthasy Do you have an concept of even a textbook definition of Evolution? What are fossils to you anyway? Just put here by God to test your faith?
@handsup48 Fossils are remnants of dead bones that evolutionists are using to support their fairy tale of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary creation. I have no doubt that an atheistic evolutionary process could not have created peacocks or any of the other creatures.
@1ProudFemaleAtheist It is a fact only if you believe in it. You cannot impose the atheistic bullshit as a universal truth. Calling the witchcraft atheistic evolutionary process a science does not make it more credible.
@1ProudFemaleAtheist A cult that preaches that species are not intelligently designed, programmed and engineered in order to rationalize that they could be the creation of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary process is no science. You do not have to be so heinous towards unbelievers. We are not causing you any prejudice. Have a second look at a colony of honeybees.

@alexthasy Carl Sagan was agnostic..."Sagan denied that he was an atheist, saying "An atheist has to know a lot more than I know. An atheist is someone who knows there is no god. By some definitions atheism is very stupid."
Carl Sagan was not a Theologian, he was a astronomer, astrophysicist, cosmologist, and author. He also starred in a TV series called Cosmos.
witchcraft is a use of "magical powers." which comes from christianity, and the devil. so your Christian?! howd I know?
@alexthasy and by the way, just so you know. King Solomon wrote THE BOOK on "witchcraft" called "The Key". It's a pile of rubbish, a joke. I've read the entire thing. And if anyone could be a witch, or warlock, if it was a realty then demons would be on my youtube channel proving God exists. witchcraft and magic do not exist! If anyone knows its me!
@truthseeker010101 Land mammals magically and atheistically altering organs and limbs while evolving into whales upon crossing millions of years and several species is a perfect example of witchcraft magic
@alexthasy First, land mammals don't change, the environment in which they live changes, then the cells that live inside them change, change is a part of the universe, your death is proof of that. And your use of the word magic is funny considering your personnel creator God Elohim is a magic man. By the way, I am a believer in God. just not a magic God. Evolution has proof, your magic 6 day sky daddy? nothing!
@alexthasy Let me say this. I argued back in Ethos with you because you used nothing but Ethos in your comment towards me. I understand people only understand and are effected by responses in the same manner in which they believe. Your belief like most is Ethos is a emotional belief. I myself was only pretending to be emotional to create a valid response to your Ethos. And further, I myself hold my truth in Logos, which is logical understanding of God. You in Ethos, can't respond
@ozowen I OWE YOU NO APOLOGY FOR JOINING WITH Atheists in blaspheming God and defiling those honouring him for his omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence towards the wonders of his creation. The real liar is your father who deceived mankind through his false prophet Darwin rewriting of genesis, a bull crap atheist fairy tale and an opium for atheists
@alexthasy Actually you do. Oh, I realise you don't have the iontegrity to actually apologise. I realise that lies are your preferred option so you probably rejoice in having lied about me.
But that changes nothing, you owe me an apology.
Your response was in fact another lie. On this subject alone you have lied 5 times. Two of those lies were about me and not at all about "my joining in with atheists".
So, I still wonder what it morally wrong with you.
@ozowen There is no integrity in believing that the species would be the creation of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary process. It is all a matter of faith in a mythical force called natural selection and the belief of theist evolutionists that God would be a powerless wimp delegating his power to a lesser goddess so that they could share with atheists in the truth of evolution. Lying snake, you are constantly joining with atheists in blaspheming God
@alexthasy "Atheistic Darwinism"??....explain to me...what do atheism and darwinism have in common?....at all? and try to remain objective when you answer this. Use Wikipedia as a start if you have to.
@lank It's well documented that the concept of evolution supported by the myth of natural selection was widely received as what would put a creator God to his grave. If you read Carnegie conversion to the new cult it is clear that it's serving this very purpose. "I remember that light came as in a flood and all was clear. Not only had I got rid of theology and the supernatural, but I had found the truth of evolution. 'All is well since all grows better became my motto, my true source of comfort"
@handsup48 Dear kid, hopefully as you grow older, you'll become less and less sure of what you think you know, and you'll come to appreciate that we know nothing for sure. Even common sense can be wrong, as suggested by quantum mechanics.
@handsup48 I wouldn't generalize about religion in this fashion. There's not one religion. There are varieties of Christianity, varieties of Islam, varieties of Buddhism. And the things religious people believe now is very different from what they believed 200 years ago, etc. Also, while some forms of popular religion emphasize certitude, there are other forms that emphasize human limitations and fallibility, namely, that what we know may be incorrect.
Good video. As a physicist and a Christian, let me state:
Entropy always increases in a total system. You cannot take pieces of shattered glass and throw them against the ground and make a glass bowl. You can do the opposite. To create order out of chaos, there is a Creator guiding this local decrease of entropy.
This is one thing evolutionists have never been able to answer -- why is it that evolution apparently violates the law of entropy? My answer: there is a Creator guiding the process.
@mrsamtheman80 I acknowledge that, putting God into perspective, if you feel comfortable about it, and it satisfies you, then you can do it.
but as a scientist and as a researcher, you should be questioning and trying to find answers, instead of using the god of the gaps. there is always gaps in science, we can try to find the answers, or we can sit back and say god did it.
If you are a physicist, I would suggest you to visit a biologist in further understanding biology.
Ask yourself this simple but logical question: why would an intelligent god design us to have to shit out filthy stinking turds? Where did Adam and Eve shit? under the tree of knowledge or did god provide them with a decent shit house with flush toilets, soft toilet tissue, and hot running water. What did Eve use as a sanitary towel? A fig lief?
@sk8ingwillkillme Evidence was not provided. To say "we didn't have to be here, it could've been different" is not proof that God exists. I will use an example (this is not mine), fish need oxygenated water to survive. Since water could've been different in many ways, God is the only way? He also says that there is no evidence for a multiverse (not enough to be considered science, but there is some), while he has no evidence for god let alone the christian one specifically.
@Andromedonian Evidence was provided showing how finely tuned everything had to be in order for this to occur. Like he said if one thing was slightly off, things wouldn't exists. So it provides great support for intelligent design. Yes that is the only way, or there wouldn't be fish in those waters. There is water in many different forms in the universe, but the water has to be precisely right for the species to thrive. Also location, location.. water can be found in many forms
@sk8ingwillkillme If the laws were not good for our existence we would not be here worrying about it anyway. Even by your logic god is not the only explanation (multiverse theory). Since we cannot study biology within different physical laws there is no way to prove life would not exist. By different forms of water I hope you mean different physical states (liquid, solid, gas) which depend on temperature. Water is always composed of 2 hydrogen atoms, and one oxygen atom per molecule.
@Andromedonian True.. but life would simply not flourish, nor be as complex in my opinion. lol yes I mainly meant its different physical states. It not only depends on temperature, but also pressure. And bro, there is nothing to worry about in the first place. At least we should all be able to admit this... we are all very lucky to even be here.
I agree, there is evidence of a Creator, just not the man made version of Christianity or other religions. Lee needs to do a better job investigating his own faith. If he can debunk Islam, Hinduism, J.W., and Mormonism, he should be able to debunk Christianity just as easily.
@oldno74 Darwinism pretension that species would not be intelligently designed so as to make it possible for them to be the result of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary process is more like voodoo science. Miracles without a creator God will always remain voodoo magic.
@sk8ingwillkillme Really? It's very easy. If Jesus was raised from the dead, show me the body. Oh you can't because he flew up to the sky. Debunked.
And many others are waking up to the false claims of christianity as well. The lack of evidence for christianity is staggering. It's a faith based belief just like other religions. The Jesus of the bible is based on myth and other beliefs of ancient god men.
@oldno74 You show you know very little of the truths of Christ, first off he was the son of GOD. Your asking me the impossible... can you prove to me that tupac is dead? where's his body? show it to me... His body got cremated?? Debunked.... or not. We all know that man is dead, even if it requires some faith to know this. Though many are lead to believe tupacs alive because, no body. Now show me this staggering evidence or ask me something deeper/legit
@sk8ingwillkillme I know all the truths of Christ that's why I can't believe in it anymore. What happened to the North American Indians who died without knowing Jesus?? It took a long time for the Catholics to come over to the main land to force the natives to follow their religion. If Jesus is the only way to eternal bliss, many souls are being tortured right now for not asking Jesus into there heart. The absurdity of the religion is deafening. Jesus of the bible is fake.
@oldno74 I believed they were still saved by GOD'S grace. Even if they hadn't heard of the word of GOD before, I believe many of them still had the laws of GOD written in their hearts. They may know Jesus, but never knew his name.... Christ can reach out to whomever he wants... It's just we want everybody to share in Christ because his love is great... He has done many wonderful things in our lives..
@sk8ingwillkillme You said:"They may know Jesus, but never knew his name.... Christ can reach out to whomever he wants"
This is a common response by christians when asked my question. Why then do christians have to spread the gospel of Jesus so people can be saved?? If "faith comes by "hearing" why would billions of people be exempt from having to "hear" the good news? Why did Jesus speak in parables so they wouldn't understand and be damned to hell??
@oldno74 We love you all and want everybody to share in the riches of heaven. He spoke in parables so those who can be trusted with the message will understand it correctly. We cannot save anyone, that is fully up to GOD. The only thing we can do is help to prepare people for eternity, also the truth sets people free.
@sk8ingwillkillme Okay. I answered the same way (when I was a christian) when asked that question. I thought I found the truth. Once I came back to reality and studied science, history and mythology that's when I found the truth. If you stay in the bible you'll never find it because it's not science or accurate history, it's mythology for the most part.
@oldno74 I guess the difference is I studied all of that stuff practically at the same time and understand the bible was written by man but the divine truths it contains are indisputable.
@sk8ingwillkillme Do you debunk Jehovah Witness or Mormons when they come to your door? If so, be just as critical to your religion and you will see the foolishness as well. No writings outside of the bible stories show evidence that Jesus/god existed. All the miracles and no mention of him by historians. Why is that??? Probably because he didn't exist. At least we have evidence Tupac was a real person.
@oldno74 No I don't debunk them. But I don't appreciate people trying to remove a speck outta my eye if there is a log in theirs... There actually is an historian of the time that documented how he heard of this man (Jesus) going around performing miracles at the time... It's just, I guess, that historian isn't considered to have ultra good creditability... Albert Einstein is considered a genius right? Well even he admits that Jesus Christ was a real person, even though he was Jewish.
@sk8ingwillkillme The historian you are referring to is Josephus. That little insert of what many believed was Christ is proven to be a forgery, most likely by Catholic Church historian Eusebius in the fourth century. Anyone can say Jesus was a real person, but what Jesus?? The one who did miracles and rose from the dead, or a more human Jesus who was a Jewish teacher? No good evidence for either.
@oldno74 You may be right.... I heard that on the history channel and it didn't seem so reliable. The man who is described in the new testament is Jesus Christ. There is great evidence... like his prophecies which have came true. Such as the destruction of the temple and Israel becoming a country again in the last days. I'm glad you believed in GOD, but if you want to ever truly know GOD then you must understand his Son first.
@sk8ingwillkillme Funny, I understand the Jesus of the bible, I've studied him as much as most theology professors. Why do you think many students who go off to college to become a pastor start to question their faith? Because once they find how the bible was written and mashed together they see it's human, not god sent.
@oldno74 Yet I didn't lose faith after I learned... maybe that's why I've been so blessed. I know all the history of the bible and it did not affect my faith, if anything it got strengthened..... It made a lot of sense to me why it's like that.
@oldno74 I got better then luck my friend. And I have never intentionally condemned others because as the bible tells me... I'd only be condemning myself. Faith is the key to so much bro... don't fall short because of some other 'Christians' that have very much fallen
it seems his entire argument lies on a possibility that the laws of reality could have been different. I've never understood the laws that govern the universe to be generated from chance, they just are what they are. motion can be described by equations as well as matter and energy, how could the "magnitude" be different.
@abarbar06 lol I guess not very closely. Seems I just wanted to put my 2 cents in about GOD being real. Anyways they tend to lean on the generated by chance because it makes them feel like they know more this way. And they are probably freaked out by the fact that no one can properly explain how everything is put into motion to begin with. They try to cover up that we all know very little when it comes to this stuff, all we have are our observations.
@sk8ingwillkillme well the thing is that we, as humans, can't truly comprehend all there is in reality. before the big bang there was no space or time - we can't even grasp that concept, all we can say is there was no BEFORE but thats only im terms of time. as for the laws of the universe - ....generated by chance??? what does that even mean. you could say god did it but I don't find that a more satisfying answer than they just are what they are and we don't currently know why.
@abarbar06 no offense but you stated "we, as humans, can't truly comprehend all there is in reality." So why is it that you insist to know that there was no space or time before the so called big bang? The only reason there is a big bang theory is an attempt to figure out how everything was put into motion. If you look at the numbers and the odds 'this could just happen' are very low unless the universe itself is intelligent or a more appropriate answer from my experiences is GOD.
@sk8ingwillkillme Also the longer we observe space and use upgraded technology the more we will find how amazing the universe is. It is way more complex and interconnected of a system then we currently give it credit for. Also everybody in the world consciously knows of the Creator, some just run from the fact because of what they've done or what they do. To know of GOD probably can make a selfish rich or corrupt man uncomfortable but to anyone who is decent it's a blessing.
@sk8ingwillkillme ok - we can use mathematics to describe something, that doesn't mean we comprehend what no time and no space is like, its impossible even to imagine it. the big bang theory isn't a guess - there is evidence to support it such as the red shift (expanding universe) I urge you to watch some videos by thunderf00t, particularly the "why do people laugh at creationists" series.
@abarbar06 The big bang is a guess/theory. An expanding universe does not necessarily support the big bang, it mainly supports that universe is still under creation.
You said earlier "that doesn't mean we comprehend what no time and no space is like, its impossible even to imagine it." Well I tell you that it is impossible to fully grasp all the glory of GOD. It has become obvious that many people are unable to even comprehend a fraction of one percent of the glory of GOD.
@sk8ingwillkillme well you clearly don't understand what the words "theory of science" mean. its not just a guess, maybe you should take an astronomy course before you call the big bang theory a guess. and god doesn't exist... there is no evidence to believe in such a thing.
@abarbar06 The big band is an ever failing theory. So I tend to label it as a guess at best. Yeah there are some 'evidence' but scientist tend to distort whatever they can to fit their own theory, which is sort of understandable because it's all they really know. GOD does exist. GOD has been made known through what GOD created so we are without any reason. There is great evidence to believe such but it will start to get more philosophical rather then mathematical. GOD is perfection.
@sk8ingwillkillme What are you even talking about, its not a failing theory and scientists don't distort evidence to fit their own "theory" as you describe, there you go again showing your lack of understanding of what a scientific theory is. science is a methodology of deductive reasoning and tests via experimentation to discover objective truth - not an appeal to authority to demand worship.
@abarbar06 What was the standard theory before the big bang theory? Also what is the more indefinite proof towards your guys big bang theory. GOD is the creator and created the universe. You guys call creation the big bang theory and tend to 'adjust it' when newer data starts to show up. Recent discoveries are disproving the 'big bang theory' because the universe is much older then all of you think. GOD is real and eternal.
@sk8ingwillkillme science is supposed to change when new evidence is found, thats the whole point - thats why its so reliable because its constantly being updated with the most advanced data and research. and please, what evidence is blowing the big bang theory out of the water??? last I heard, the big bang was around 13-15 billion years ago and there was no time before that, that was the 'beginning' of our universe, but M theory is suggesting other universes may exist. what do you have
The Bible states that we all have internal knowledge of Him, - that drives us to seek him out ultimately learning to operate on a whole different level of reality - one of spirit and faith.
Ask yourself, If you know God is not real, why are you reading this post, why do thoughts of Him occupy so much of your mind's time. What evolutionary construct made it physically necessary to conceive of God. Wouldn't we breed faster and more successfully without one?
You are not an accident...

All in all, I think we can agree that even collectively, WE DON"T KNOW SHIT. But, we're soaring to learn. So, don't hesitate to fire back. Your opinions and knowledge are valued.
TheMan420666 21 minutes ago
@Helldog6 You should be able to analyze and comprehend that the first 4 pages of The Book of Genesis show God as imperfect... As imperfect as Man. Maybe, even more, so. Just as Parents hold their children above themselve, despite the necessity to guide and discipline, as God does(allegedly).
TheMan420666 20 minutes ago

The materialist tries to convince himself of a world that exists in and of itself, eternally and without cause. However, we cannot believe in something that has neither beginning nor cause. The theologian takes matters one step further back by saying that God created the world.

1sr arguement. it would depend on the organism itself. gravity is different everywhere but with the massive space of the universe we've only examined a slim fraction of the planets, and although none of which are currrently inhabitable, slim fraction of planets. and a single celled organism is given the ability to evolve into its environment if conditions are adequate. you think if the gravity was heavier maybe we wouldn't have just had thicker support to maintain structure?
continue.

@truthseeker010101 That is what Atheist theologian Sagan was also claiming when saying that god would be a law of science and the law that was given the godly mission of taking a single cell through billion years of evolution is natural selection called a law of science or a law of nature by some, or even one more unverifiable theory by others.

God is theory, and it's a good concept. It's not a thing, a being, a man in the sky granting wishes, it's a concept. And there's nothing wrong with the concept. Like energy, force, gravity, life, soul, spirit, conscience, and a source of life, infinite, eternal, and the unmovable mover.
truthseeker010101 3 weeks ago
energy and force are two of the ways God is described by the Hindu Veda's and the Bhagavad Gita. It is said that God is the force that keeps planets moving in orbit, and the energy that is in all life. The concept of God has never been proven wrong, and science is a way to know the mind of God.

Energy is called God.
truthseeker010101 3 weeks ago
@truthseeker010101
hmmmmm well that's an interesting view.....but no, energy does not "prove God." You can call it God, sure. But it does not "prove" a God. The concept of God has never been proven RIGHT. I respect that type of view of God, however, as energy and life-force. It's religion that is ridiculous.

@1ProudFemaleAtheist You know how science labels something and then says there's no room for God? I understand religion is filled with mistakes and dogma, but so is our new religion, science.

It is a truism to state that our existence allows us to exist. I can use this, just as easily, as evidence against a creator (e.g. the universe is life-friendly, therefore life's genesis need not have a creator). of course life will develop in a universe with the perfect conditions for it to develop! but the overwhelming majority of the countless other universes out there don't have the perfect conditions. we shouldnt be so surprised to find ourselves in the most hospitable environment for us to live in. if there are an infinite number of other universes, then the chance of there being one as "finely tuned" as ours is mathematically certain.

ParaPsyopticNerve 1 month ago
@ParaPsyopticNerve research m-theory. each of these universes are different manifestations of 11 dimensions of space. some dimensions in each individual universe are prominent while others are "folded up". m-theory is a mathematical theory, and it predicts that universes can pop into existence at any time with a certain probability of having any combinations of prominent dimensions, laws of physics, etc. Calculating this about higher dimensions only requires more complicated geometry

He also starred in a TV series called Cosmos.
witchcraft is a use of "magical powers." which comes from christianity, and the devil. so your Christian?! howd I know?
truthseeker010101 3 weeks ago
@alexthasy and by the way, just so you know. King Solomon wrote THE BOOK on "witchcraft" called "The Key". It's a pile of rubbish, a joke. I've read the entire thing. And if anyone could be a witch, or warlock, if it was a realty then demons would be on my youtube channel proving God exists. witchcraft and magic do not exist! If anyone knows its me!

@alexthasy Still waiting for your apology for telling lies about me alex. Not about evolution, not about beliefs or science or anything.
Just the lies you made about me.
Why do you need to lie so much alex?
What is morally wrong with you?
ozowen 2 weeks ago
@ozowen I OWE YOU NO APOLOGY FOR JOINING WITH Atheists in blaspheming God and defiling those honouring him for his omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence towards the wonders of his creation. The real liar is your father who deceived mankind through his false prophet Darwin rewriting of genesis, a bull crap atheist fairy tale and an opium for atheists
alexthasy 2 weeks ago
@alexthasy Actually you do. Oh, I realise you don't have the iontegrity to actually apologise. I realise that lies are your preferred option so you probably rejoice in having lied about me.
But that changes nothing, you owe me an apology.
Your response was in fact another lie. On this subject alone you have lied 5 times. Two of those lies were about me and not at all about "my joining in with atheists".
So, I still wonder what it morally wrong with you.
ozowen 2 weeks ago
@ozowen There is no integrity in believing that the species would be the creation of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary process. It is all a matter of faith in a mythical force called natural selection and the belief of theist evolutionists that God would be a powerless wimp delegating his power to a lesser goddess so that they could share with atheists in the truth of evolution. Lying snake, you are constantly joining with atheists in blaspheming God
alexthasy 2 weeks ago
@alexthasy There is no integrity in lying. You lie. Ergo, you demonstrate no integrity.

@alexthasy "Atheistic Darwinism"??....explain to me...what do atheism and darwinism have in common?....at all? and try to remain objective when you answer this. Use Wikipedia as a start if you have to.
lankymanback 1 month ago

@tantzer I know we don't know everything, I didnt say we do. Religion is the only thing that says we do.
handsup48 1 month ago

My answer: there is a Creator guiding the process.
mrsamtheman80 1 month ago
@mrsamtheman80 I would say life on planet Earth is more chaotic than it was in the beginning
Barboy0 1 month ago

A fig lief?

@Andromedonian That still does not dispute the evidence provided.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Evidence was not provided. To say "we didn't have to be here, it could've been different" is not proof that God exists. I will use an example (this is not mine), fish need oxygenated water to survive. Since water could've been different in many ways, God is the only way? He also says that there is no evidence for a multiverse (not enough to be considered science, but there is some), while he has no evidence for god let alone the christian one specifically.
Andromedonian 1 month ago
@Andromedonian Evidence was provided showing how finely tuned everything had to be in order for this to occur. Like he said if one thing was slightly off, things wouldn't exists. So it provides great support for intelligent design. Yes that is the only way, or there wouldn't be fish in those waters. There is water in many different forms in the universe, but the water has to be precisely right for the species to thrive. Also location, location.. water can be found in many forms
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme If the laws were not good for our existence we would not be here worrying about it anyway. Even by your logic god is not the only explanation (multiverse theory). Since we cannot study biology within different physical laws there is no way to prove life would not exist. By different forms of water I hope you mean different physical states (liquid, solid, gas) which depend on temperature. Water is always composed of 2 hydrogen atoms, and one oxygen atom per molecule.
Andromedonian 1 month ago
@Andromedonian True.. but life would simply not flourish, nor be as complex in my opinion. lol yes I mainly meant its different physical states. It not only depends on temperature, but also pressure. And bro, there is nothing to worry about in the first place. At least we should all be able to admit this... we are all very lucky to even be here.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
I agree, there is evidence of a Creator, just not the man made version of Christianity or other religions. Lee needs to do a better job investigating his own faith. If he can debunk Islam, Hinduism, J.W., and Mormonism, he should be able to debunk Christianity just as easily.

@oldno74 Darwinism pretension that species would not be intelligently designed so as to make it possible for them to be the result of a Darwinian atheistic evolutionary process is more like voodoo science. Miracles without a creator God will always remain voodoo magic.
alexthasy 1 month ago
@oldno74 You cannot debunk Christianity... Due to it is truth.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Really? It's very easy. If Jesus was raised from the dead, show me the body. Oh you can't because he flew up to the sky. Debunked.
And many others are waking up to the false claims of christianity as well. The lack of evidence for christianity is staggering. It's a faith based belief just like other religions. The Jesus of the bible is based on myth and other beliefs of ancient god men.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 You show you know very little of the truths of Christ, first off he was the son of GOD. Your asking me the impossible... can you prove to me that tupac is dead? where's his body? show it to me... His body got cremated?? Debunked.... or not. We all know that man is dead, even if it requires some faith to know this. Though many are lead to believe tupacs alive because, no body. Now show me this staggering evidence or ask me something deeper/legit
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme I know all the truths of Christ that's why I can't believe in it anymore. What happened to the North American Indians who died without knowing Jesus?? It took a long time for the Catholics to come over to the main land to force the natives to follow their religion. If Jesus is the only way to eternal bliss, many souls are being tortured right now for not asking Jesus into there heart. The absurdity of the religion is deafening. Jesus of the bible is fake.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 I believed they were still saved by GOD'S grace. Even if they hadn't heard of the word of GOD before, I believe many of them still had the laws of GOD written in their hearts. They may know Jesus, but never knew his name.... Christ can reach out to whomever he wants... It's just we want everybody to share in Christ because his love is great... He has done many wonderful things in our lives..
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme You said:"They may know Jesus, but never knew his name.... Christ can reach out to whomever he wants"
This is a common response by christians when asked my question. Why then do christians have to spread the gospel of Jesus so people can be saved?? If "faith comes by "hearing" why would billions of people be exempt from having to "hear" the good news? Why did Jesus speak in parables so they wouldn't understand and be damned to hell??
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 We love you all and want everybody to share in the riches of heaven. He spoke in parables so those who can be trusted with the message will understand it correctly. We cannot save anyone, that is fully up to GOD. The only thing we can do is help to prepare people for eternity, also the truth sets people free.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme How do you know your "saved"? What kind of evidence do you have for that claim?
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 Christ and from my own personal experiences...
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Okay. I answered the same way (when I was a christian) when asked that question. I thought I found the truth. Once I came back to reality and studied science, history and mythology that's when I found the truth. If you stay in the bible you'll never find it because it's not science or accurate history, it's mythology for the most part.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 I guess the difference is I studied all of that stuff practically at the same time and understand the bible was written by man but the divine truths it contains are indisputable.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Do you debunk Jehovah Witness or Mormons when they come to your door? If so, be just as critical to your religion and you will see the foolishness as well. No writings outside of the bible stories show evidence that Jesus/god existed. All the miracles and no mention of him by historians. Why is that??? Probably because he didn't exist. At least we have evidence Tupac was a real person.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 No I don't debunk them. But I don't appreciate people trying to remove a speck outta my eye if there is a log in theirs... There actually is an historian of the time that documented how he heard of this man (Jesus) going around performing miracles at the time... It's just, I guess, that historian isn't considered to have ultra good creditability... Albert Einstein is considered a genius right? Well even he admits that Jesus Christ was a real person, even though he was Jewish.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme The historian you are referring to is Josephus. That little insert of what many believed was Christ is proven to be a forgery, most likely by Catholic Church historian Eusebius in the fourth century. Anyone can say Jesus was a real person, but what Jesus?? The one who did miracles and rose from the dead, or a more human Jesus who was a Jewish teacher? No good evidence for either.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 You may be right.... I heard that on the history channel and it didn't seem so reliable. The man who is described in the new testament is Jesus Christ. There is great evidence... like his prophecies which have came true. Such as the destruction of the temple and Israel becoming a country again in the last days. I'm glad you believed in GOD, but if you want to ever truly know GOD then you must understand his Son first.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Funny, I understand the Jesus of the bible, I've studied him as much as most theology professors. Why do you think many students who go off to college to become a pastor start to question their faith? Because once they find how the bible was written and mashed together they see it's human, not god sent.
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 Yet I didn't lose faith after I learned... maybe that's why I've been so blessed. I know all the history of the bible and it did not affect my faith, if anything it got strengthened..... It made a lot of sense to me why it's like that.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
@sk8ingwillkillme Good luck with your faith, just don't condemn others to a place of eternal torture for not blindly believing what you do. :-)
oldno74 1 month ago
@oldno74 I got better then luck my friend. And I have never intentionally condemned others because as the bible tells me... I'd only be condemning myself. Faith is the key to so much bro... don't fall short because of some other 'Christians' that have very much fallen
sk8ingwillkillme 1 month ago
it seems his entire argument lies on a possibility that the laws of reality could have been different. I've never understood the laws that govern the universe to be generated from chance, they just are what they are. motion can be described by equations as well as matter and energy, how could the "magnitude" be different.
abarbar06 1 month ago
@abarbar06 It just proved the logic of man failed again and real science continues to provide evidence of a creator, GOD is very real

@sk8ingwillkillme did you not read what you are replying to?
abarbar06 2 weeks ago
@abarbar06 lol I guess not very closely. Seems I just wanted to put my 2 cents in about GOD being real. Anyways they tend to lean on the generated by chance because it makes them feel like they know more this way. And they are probably freaked out by the fact that no one can properly explain how everything is put into motion to begin with. They try to cover up that we all know very little when it comes to this stuff, all we have are our observations.
sk8ingwillkillme 2 weeks ago
@sk8ingwillkillme well the thing is that we, as humans, can't truly comprehend all there is in reality. before the big bang there was no space or time - we can't even grasp that concept, all we can say is there was no BEFORE but thats only im terms of time. as for the laws of the universe - ....generated by chance??? what does that even mean. you could say god did it but I don't find that a more satisfying answer than they just are what they are and we don't currently know why.
abarbar06 2 weeks ago

To know of GOD probably can make a selfish rich or corrupt man uncomfortable but to anyone who is decent it's a blessing.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 week ago
@sk8ingwillkillme ok - we can use mathematics to describe something, that doesn't mean we comprehend what no time and no space is like, its impossible even to imagine it. the big bang theory isn't a guess - there is evidence to support it such as the red shift (expanding universe) I urge you to watch some videos by thunderf00t, particularly the "why do people laugh at creationists" series.
abarbar06 1 week ago
@abarbar06 The big bang is a guess/theory. An expanding universe does not necessarily support the big bang, it mainly supports that universe is still under creation.
You said earlier "that doesn't mean we comprehend what no time and no space is like, its impossible even to imagine it." Well I tell you that it is impossible to fully grasp all the glory of GOD. It has become obvious that many people are unable to even comprehend a fraction of one percent of the glory of GOD.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 week ago
@sk8ingwillkillme well you clearly don't understand what the words "theory of science" mean. its not just a guess, maybe you should take an astronomy course before you call the big bang theory a guess. and god doesn't exist... there is no evidence to believe in such a thing.
abarbar06 1 week ago
@abarbar06 The big band is an ever failing theory. So I tend to label it as a guess at best. Yeah there are some 'evidence' but scientist tend to distort whatever they can to fit their own theory, which is sort of understandable because it's all they really know. GOD does exist. GOD has been made known through what GOD created so we are without any reason. There is great evidence to believe such but it will start to get more philosophical rather then mathematical. GOD is perfection.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 week ago
@sk8ingwillkillme What are you even talking about, its not a failing theory and scientists don't distort evidence to fit their own "theory" as you describe, there you go again showing your lack of understanding of what a scientific theory is. science is a methodology of deductive reasoning and tests via experimentation to discover objective truth - not an appeal to authority to demand worship.
abarbar06 1 week ago
@abarbar06 What was the standard theory before the big bang theory? Also what is the more indefinite proof towards your guys big bang theory. GOD is the creator and created the universe. You guys call creation the big bang theory and tend to 'adjust it' when newer data starts to show up. Recent discoveries are disproving the 'big bang theory' because the universe is much older then all of you think. GOD is real and eternal.
sk8ingwillkillme 1 week ago
@sk8ingwillkillme science is supposed to change when new evidence is found, thats the whole point - thats why its so reliable because its constantly being updated with the most advanced data and research. and please, what evidence is blowing the big bang theory out of the water??? last I heard, the big bang was around 13-15 billion years ago and there was no time before that, that was the 'beginning' of our universe, but M theory is suggesting other universes may exist. what do you have
