Idk, I never owned one. However, if it happens to have wifi tether abilities then probably. I do kinda doubt blackberries have that option.

  • Does this actually work? A question many people will probably ask so just to save time someone plz reply.....

  • @TheMaverickBeast

    Yes this actually works.

  • @APImma

Well doesnt really matter, it depends on the rom on the android. The rom I use is 2.2 froyo and it has a built in hotpspot feature. Try getting a phone that already has that feature or if not, get ur preferred android phone and just flash a rom to have a wifi hotspot as an option.

  • Sweet but u should get resident evil mercaneries it has some sick online play

  • @LINKTENDO64

no problem, and it think its possible to not pay for tethering for iphone if your jailbroken. Im not completely sure how to do that since i dont own one.

  • Yo dude can u add me my code is 3566-1577-3894

  • @CALCLAN1234 so you pay $50 a month TOTAL? or $50 PLUS more for data plan?

  • @TjOnline1991

I pay $55 a month for unlimited everything (that includes data). Its an android plan and it doesnt have any extra charge for data.

  • @CALCLAN1234 thats the best deal ive heard all week... how much did the phone itself cost, and how fast is the connection?

  • @TjOnline1991

Well from the cricket website, its about $160, i bought it on sale and it cost me like $110(last christmas season). The 3G connection is fast at 3 to full bars, slows down once around 2 or below. I get as much speed as i would get at home on my labtop.

  • @CALCLAN1234 sweet i think ill get the 4g version next month.. thanx for all the help!

  • ok so exactly what kind of phone is this, and does it create its own wifi?

  • @TjOnline1991

Its a cricket Huawei Ascend with a custom 2.2 froyo rom, and yes it creates its own wifi and you can set it to whatever settings you like.

  • HE USED LOGIC, BLUE 3DS IS BESTEST

  • BADASS

  • damm thats pretty sweet with 3G wi-fi on the go. do you experience any lag or is it about the same as regular at home wifi?

  • @iamthebomb17

Well it depends where I am at. It lags when i have like 1 or 2 bars from my phone. If its over 2 then it would give you about the same connection you would get at home.

  • @CALCLAN1234 thanks man. how much do you pay monthly for 3G hotspot on your android?

  • @iamthebomb17

well my phone company is cricket wireless and I'm under their android plan that is about $50 a month for unlimited everything, Including internet data. The other positive is they don't have the network data cap so there isn't extra charges for going over the data. ^_^

  • @CALCLAN1234

hold up, its $55 not $50 lol

  • great option, 3DS wifi conection use cell phone hotspot :o

    I want!!!

  • great option, 3DS wifi conection use cell phone hotspot :o

    I want!!!

  • So, anywhere your phone has bars, you can connect to the internet from your 3DS(As long as the 3DS is withing range of the phone.)?

  • @PhotoCocoa96

Well if that phone happens to be an android device that shares wifi then yes.
