Hey I read your description and posted my own chord changes where I used major and minor variations mainly jazz/fusion but some pop. I didnt do the second melody part though and I didnt improvise/solo in the right hand as much as you.

Thanks very much for this, Nicholas! If you think it's appropriate for jazz arrangement, I would LOVE to see what you'd do with the main theme from Chrono Trigger, since I already find it so harmonically interesting! (I'm a classical musician so this might be naive, but it always struck me as a great candidate for jazzification. :-) )

Great! Love the 3/4 --> 4/4 time, basically what Bill Evans did with "Waltz for Debby"... and I dig the jazz harmonies, awesome stuff!

any of the animal crossing title themes would be great for a reharmonisation. Though they're fairly jazzy as it is.
