I haven't used this service provider or watched the video yet, but I want to remind everyone and in defense if this service provider, that HAMP is a program for CERTAIN ELIGIBLE HOMEOWNERS with it's own guidelines and PARTICIPATING Mortgage Loan Servicers. It isn't for non-owners, investors, or Borrowers with a lender not participating.
