If you are a student or faculty you qualify for student prices. They are considerably reduced prices. You will have to show some form of identification to prove your status. There are lots of academic priced vendors online.

@TimeFreeze1 Well, there are (illegal) ways to get flash. hehe.. i do not recommend doing it.

@TimeFreeze1 I have a crazy-stupid idea :) If your'e a master, try to sell some stuff you do with Scratch to buy a licence for flash :D
More realistic idea (and a humain one) - use a pirated version. If your'e just learning, I think there's nothing bad in doing that.
