I find that to be really funny, cause if the characters did mourn, every episode of Smallville would mention a funeral or some kind of memorial service. lol

but the diff is that:

kristen is a little bit more shy so she doesn't always express herself as much and this may make her seem a little bit more mysterious(sometimes ppl mistake shy for snoby)

allison: is more open and her openess is more quirky than kristen, so allison isn't as mysterious but is probably more able to socialize.
