@rameen007 I did it last year, and it definitely worked. I got in the best shape of my life. But P90X isn't magic. It gets such great results because you BUST YOUR ASS. It's not some ridiculous ab belt garbage. It's intense cardio and weight training. I was skeptical of P90X, like all other infomercials. Then my buddy did it and I was blown away by the results. I did the lean version and got definition in my abs for the first time in my life. If you don't have discipine, don't bother.

P90X reminds me of basic combat training. im doing doubles and it is great. i would suggest a 5 mile run on cardio days cuz it works wonders for me. keep it up jason

i dont like all these diff kinds of workout plans that come in the dozens every summer,, they take out the thinking process involved in making a good personalized routine, which i think does alot of harm

I'm loving this stuff. I wasnt sure what to think of X+ when I first got it but I love the crap out of it now! It's an amazing supplement to the X. Especially Kenpo Cardio +, some crazy moves to learn but its one to the next to the next!
