Don't take offense. But I don't actually think this is Randy. Whoever played this is quite good, but it is played identically to the album. I've never heard a live version of Randy playing the solos to this song so closely to the album. Just a thought. I could be wrong. Just sounds like someone with alot of reverb playing to a backing track. Again, just a thought.

i agree this video is very misleading

the video supplier never said this was randy and ozzy the title "Mr.Crowley-Randy Rhoads&Ozzy" could just be giving credit to the song writers. i think this video was be the video supplier hence - "By Me,Russian Fan " . it is unfortunate that he did not give details to this video. but judging from the tone/ style of the guitaar i dont think it is randy. but still great playing nevertheless

Not true. Jake never played for Dio. He played in a local San Diego band called Teaser when he won the audition for Ozz. Dio had guy's like Goldie and of course Vivian, but never Jake. Ozzie intitially recruited Don Senagra who was a friend of Jake's from San Diego as well to play bass, but he was too much of a showman and Ozz replaced him.

Lee left Teaser to Join the band Ratt in 1980 but Lee soon left Ratt to join Rough Cutt which was produced by Ronnie James Dio. After hearing Lee in Rough Cutt Ronnie James Dio invited Lee to join his band Dio and Lee accepted. When Ozzy Osbourne needed a permanent replacement for Randy, he came to Los Angeles to audition players and Dana Strum (had recommended Rhoads Ozzy) also recommended Jake to him.
